I agree about that part of it. I think part of the reason other teams are willing to do it is they see how quickly the Eagles recovered from the cap hit.

The issue is I think it's likely all 3 guys (RG, QW and KC) skip OTAs and hold in unless they get new deals, or at least guarantees on their existing deals. KC and RG probably report if they guarantee 2026, but Williams' will want the bag.

They were the 3 seed but lost in the most humiliating fashion with the clock running out on them. The 2016 season was the last time they were the number 1 seed. They were arguably a much better team because of the o-line and Elliott being younger. This was the Dez Bryant incomplete pass game. They lost to Green Bay on a last second field goal.

It’ll switch to a high paid defense and a low, rookie contract offense. A lot of the offense has expiring contracts coming up
