Honestly, the Cowboys deal for Gary looks like a solid get as an EDGE move. Don’t think his contract as currently structured would have worked with our cap situation but good move by them.

Think i'd rather have Brisker than Reed

Punters going fast

Bellinger is a good blocker. Would not have minded him either. Price point pending

It's not like the Eagles don't have 2 starting Edge players. I know some are down on Nolan Smith and they DO need to add someone. But they have Smith and Hunt, it's not like they lost 2 of them.

I'd like to see a draft pick added to the mix there.

Well, to be fair, that didn't cut it last year and Howie was forced to go out and make a trade. We most certainly need another outside Edge rusher.

2 year $40m with no dead cap for cuts, basically 1 year $18m with a holdout if he has a decent season.

BREAKING: The #Giants and former #Ravens P Jordan Stout have agreed to a 3-year, $12.3M deal that makes him the highest paid punter in the NFL, per multiple sources.

Yeah that would have been a decent pickup though similar style to Carter 11 guess we like him or his price point better

I don't dislike Nolan but he is kinda smaller for edge imo...

Yeah he's decent but, even 3rd rounder Hunt surpassed him. He's good to have in rotation. I'd like to see a bigger traditional Edge player drafted. Smith may not get a 2nd contract here, we'll see how he does this season.

I'm gonna have to start highlighting key words and phrases

With injuries and an offense who’s allergic to first downs - I’m not sure anyone looked GREAT on defense last year.

I saw that but it wasn't enough of an emphasis for me. Phillips was the #1. If you had said a "high draft pick" I wouldn't have replied like that. All good.

I liked Jalen Phillips but dude had 5 sacks last year. I know he was coming off injury but that's a crazy contract.

I'm not saying he is all that but last year he was most likely less productive than he will be because he never got a bye week between either team he was on during the year.

Bellinger got 3 year $24M. Sheesh.,

Seahawks losing players from their championship team. That happens all the time. I wonder if their fans are freaking out at their GM.

The question is: safety?

This may actually be good news for both. Medicine has made terrific inroads using MSC stem cells to regenerate and grow cartilage. Haven’t read much about disc usage but has shown to be effective in knee cartilage regeneration. From what I have read, recovery time is minimal and regeneration continues for twelve months. I have more hope for Landon with this than Cam.

Everything seems high

Yeah, product of bad teams having too much money to spend driving up prices to get players to come to their crappy teams
