Yep I feel like they're due. If they can get 20 sacks from the 3 DEs they have that would solid. Still could use a stud unless Hunt takes next step there

FWIW Gargano and Garafolo on PHLY today said the Eagles are still in on Greenard and want to get that done and Gargano thinks the Eagles still get Goedert done and get Greenard.

This group is always interesting. Great we signed a guy who had 2 sacks last year (384 snaps) what is Howie doing? He sucks he only ran a 4.65 40 at the combine! If we are serious about the season we should give up a 2nd rounder and $23 million/year and trade for a guy who had 3 sacks (559 snaps) last year. The guy who ran a 4.87 40 at the combine

Greenard, Hunt, Smith, Ebiketie, Graham is already 5 DE's. That's the number we carried on the roster last year, so unless they go really heavy with 6 there's no room for a rookie or a guy with upside. Beyond that, who out of the 5 is going to be inactive on game days? I feel like we don't rotate enough to need to have 5 guys active for a game.

Can they sign Graham so that he doesn't start until week 6 or 7? He can train and be in shape the whole time and then we can get the most out of him. Not sure that is possible though.

One or two of those guys will be hurt at any given time.

In this scenario, gotta think one of Hunt/Smith would be a pseudo "upside guy” and they’d pivot off edge rusher in the draft unless a stud unexpectedly drops to them.

If you can get Greenard now you do it.

If you can still draft one of the top edges, do it and then trade Nolan Smith.

I dont think these are great testing numbers for Lemon. I think he is having a terrible pre-draft process when combined with bad combine interviews.

USC star WR Makai Lemon (5-11, 192lbs) clocked a forty-yard dash in the range of 4.48-4.53 at his pro day, per Dane Brugler.

Lemon, 21, did not do a vertical jump, shuttle, or a 3-cone drill today, and he didn’t showcase in those drills at the combine either.

Lemon, however, ran routes for NFL teams that attended the USC pro day.

Lemon reportedly didn’t interview well at the combine, but still ranks as a Top 15 player and is a projected first-round pick, according to Daniel Jeremiah.

"Lemon is one of my favorite players in this draft. He is a wideout with a running back’s body and a linebacker’s temperament. He is at his best working in the slot. He wins with quickness off the line, understands how to tempo routes and consistently wins in traffic. He doesn’t waste steps and he can explode in and out of the break point. I look at it as there's a decent probability either BG or Ebiketie aren't good enough to play or be active every week. Ebiketie could be the next Ojulari where he's just not that good and BG at age 38... you just never know when he will not be playable anymore. So they'd go into the season with bodies and it shakes out how it shakes out.

Would be legit stunned if the Eagles dealt him to the Rams and strengthened an NFC rival. Would likely cost two future 1sts.

If you trade Aj to the Rams and take a 2 this year and a 1 next year then your 1 could be #32. This seems like a leverage rumor
