Playcalling is a separate issue entirely.  And easy to criticize for armchair QB's like typical fans.

However, every single decision to go for 2 was the correct one based on the analytics.  People who criticize just don't understand basic math.

Please explain how going for two down 17-0 in the second quarter makes sense?

It’s interesting the Giants haven’t figured out how to incorporate Golden Tate, either.  He’s been targeted only 26 times in 6 games by a young QB without many weapons.

Well, I got through the game and only added one to my ignore list.

Same.   Likely the same person.

I'm talking about when he goes for 2 early when it's really not needed like last week.

His 2 pt conversion plays are as bad as their short yardage plays.

Almost makes you wonder if his 2 point conversions are actually an indictment of Elliott as well though, doesn't it?   Its almost like he has zero faith in him.  And after the missed 29 yarder... it might be warranted.  We don't know how bad he might have been in practice leading up to the game.

Mike Nolan claps back.

Barnett is becoming the stud we were hoping for.  Pay that man his money NOW before his price goes into the stratosphere!!!

He really is starting to become the next Graham.  Not there yet but closing in...

I already explained it numerous times.  And it was in the 3rd quarter not the 2nd quarter.

When you are down 11 or 8 after scoring a TD, you should almost always go for 2.

John Hightower is the truth.  He's our new Todd Pinkston.  Great value for a 5th rounder.

Still only 24 years old, as he came into the league super young.  He's getting his man strength now.  Got to lock him up asap!

Has HE @HazletonEagle given approval yet?

It's all about 2pointenomics, carry the one divide by 🥧 then eat the 🥧

I was listening to Bill Polian discussing the DAL defense; he said the Colts went through the exact same thing the year that Peyton Manning was lost for the season to injury.  He said the Colts had changed defensive coaches and scheme, and that it look the players quite a bit of time to adjust.  When he mentioned that the Colts players were a step or two late to make plays, I thought of LVE immediately — he looks slower out there, maybe because he’s thinking too much.

I don’t remember the Colts players running crying to the media after 6 games, though.

Can't wait to have Reagor, Fullgham, and one of Hightower/Watkins on the field at the same time.

I seriously think they can be our top 3 WR's for years to come.  A great mix of speed, quickness, size, and youth.

Importantly this would also allow us to use scarce cap dollars elsewhere.

I've never been a big believer that Alshon will be traded but.....maybe?

I can’t picture anyone trading for Jeffery without seeing him in game action.  His most recent calf injury puts the kaybosh on any offer for him IMO.  I’d be delighted to be proven wrong

I'm sure they would want more speed than what Alshon provides.

Sucks DeSean got hurt

Ah, I picked a great day to take a sick day as I see the Borat movie dropped early. 🤣

I hope he's better than Pinkston.
