Defense has given up 

This is brutal to watch, especially after such a promising start. 

Playing Wentz or Hurts won't change anything. The O scheme is fundamentally broken and there are zero signs that, 11 weeks in, it can do anything but stay broken until the end of the season.

Its actually time for this team to go in to Process mode. Not just trying to lose games for higher picks. But literally unload all large salaries and start from scratch.

I could be wrong, but against zone there, I think the route is for Ward to sit in the hole.  He cut outwards.  If he turns and sits in the hole in the zone, the throw is right where it's supposed to be.   But, it has to be Wentz that is wrong, it couldn't be that Ward does the wrong thing, he's so reliable and always makes great decisions.

So, let me get this straight. The narrative last year can be "Wentz led a team of UDFA's and nobodies into the playoffs". Which, he did his part, and played well at the end of last season, I can agree on that. But this season, the consensus is that "Wentz is not playing well with what he has around him" and this becomes TATE in the blog? 

It's hilarious that Wentz gets the bulk of the credit for what he did last year, based solely on the labeling of being the starting QB, but in turn when he gets hate for still being the starting QB and sucking balls, this place has turned into 'TATE'.

It's a mutual thing, the entire team sucks nuts. Oline, WRs, Defense, whatever have you included. Wentz also has sucked this year, he's been very similar to Jameis Winston and Daniel Jones from last season. Shows flashes, but cannot for the life of him stop making mistakes. 

So, if Wentz can thrust this team into the playoffs last year, he can also make this team worse with his play this year. 

This place is not 'TATE' suddenly because people don't agree with your notion @Ipiggles that Wentz does no wrong "Oh, it's the oline, it's the wrs, the defense craps the bed," whatever you say. Sure that's all true, but it's also true that Wentz has been pretty fing bad. Fact of the matter is, that not once this whole time I've been on here today, have you ever said Wentz did something bad. You've given him excuses. 

If you want to call this place 'TATE' because it 'lacks good football discussion now', maybe you should bring something interesting to the table in your own right and get your cupped hands off of Wentz's nuts.

I'm not saying either way but obviously no one knows what type of QB Hurts will/could become in the NFL.  He has yet to play a dozen snaps let alone a game at QB.  lol

Potentially yes

but we have to fix the OL first

1. Pederson just doesn't have the football IQ chops as a coach to fix this on his own. Been saying it for years. He's a worse version of Mike Tomlin. 
2. Wentz, without the freakish athleticism he had in 2017 to extend plays and either find the wide open receiver or run, just isn't a good NFL QB.

The sooner Lurie and Howie comes to grips with that the sooner it this team can be fixed.
