I think the Eagles will lose out. The only games they have a shot are Dallas and WFT and WFT already beat us and Dallas will be playing with Dalton in their own building.

If coming up short in the worst division in NFL history isn't enough to make Lurie do significant changes, then our ire as fans needs to be directed toward him for not doing what's right for his organization.

I mean it's so blatantly clear this needs to be blown up, and there's no shame in that. We won a SB with this group, but it's over.

Nevermind, I understand you just dont get it.

Rewatch the play instead of trying to act smarter than you are. Every player ran a real route on that play, not some go through the motions pretend route. They ran their routes and turned back to find the ball if it came there way.

There is no chance you’re right here.

Bench Mills for Parks or Wallace.

The only thing I saw from Wallace today was him go from a full sprint to a dead stop on a kick off just to watch the returner run right by him then he started talking trash after the whistle.

Sucks the game played out the way it did. Eagles first drive was impressive minus the fumble, defense had done a really nice job against Chubb/Hunt for most part. Chubb & Hunt both had some really nice plays but I kind of expected that, they’re super talented guys. Wentz was really bad as game went on, mainly after that pick 6. Before that I thought he was doing good. I don’t think that pick 6 was all Wentz’s fault, Dick Rod completely missed his assignment on blitzing defender and that messed up Wentz’s throw. Dick Rod at least made up for it. Rough Fulgham game. Was hoping to see more from Reagor. Becoming more open to OL becoming a position needing to be addressed in early rounds of the draft.

another typical 2020 Eagles game, I don’t think we’ve seen the worst of it yet either.

I gotta put the pick 6 100% on Wentz. He had an open Reagor, and clearly looked his way, hesitated, which allowed the defender to close in, then made a dumb decision. All Wentz on that.

I think it's 1-5 down the stretch. The question is whether another NFCE team can go 2-4. I'm legitimately skeptical of that.

See above. Not every single route on every single play is an option route. It's not like I wasn't blasting ward all game for his awful punt returns. If Doug says it was on Ward then we know. If Doug says otherwise, then we knew as well.

Doug wont say anything.

That makes him as good as Mills then. Let the youngster play.

That game was a win if the offense is anything but anemic.

I wonder if Doug watched this game.  If he did he saw a rookie head coach stick with the run, stick with the run, stick with the run, stick with the run, and stick with the run until the offense started to put up some points.  It’s not complicated.

Another game where Wentz throws more than 31 passes, and another loss.  Balance the damn offense; it isn’t complicated.  Wentz is 18-2 in his career when throwing 31 times or less; he’s now 17-28-1 when throwing 32 times or more.  Run the damn ball and take some pressure off of your QB.

Doug will sometimes surprise us and tell us who was at fault.

If Dallas wins today they have a real shot, their schedule is quite weak.

Pittman Jr for Colts, another rookie WR grabbed in early 2nd round, just scored a nice TD

Example of how NFL offenses use option route concepts. Notice that on this particular play, only the Y has one, and all others do not.

Some offenses are like that, some are not.  WCO is famous for the WRs needing to adjust to man or zone.  In man, keep running, in zone sit down.

Welcome to the club. Been saying this for a few weeks.

A veteran QB should have hit that.

Should just take a knee 40 times a game , would guarantee an undefeated season by this logic.

Michael Pittman Jr. 45 yard TD catch 😑

"We are where we are because of the mistakes we've been making".

- Doug Pedersen

The front 7 played about as well as it could today, other than Ostman looking like a junior high school kid that Chubb stomped on.  Maddox is terrible outside; no idea why Schwartz won’t recognize that.  Mills is lousy wherever you put him.

So frustrating that Schwartz gave Maddox and Mills guaranteed starting roles — terrible talent evaluation

We don't have time to throw that far
