So... ESP just made a good point on the latest Go Birds pod (god ESP seems to be making good points but maybe that is because right now things aren't good and he is Mr Negative) that Doug puts Hurts in on the next play after Carson throws an INT. If that is accurate then what the hell is Doug doing? Is he trying to ruin Wentz?

Absolutely. I’ve never heard of someone’s wife getting called down to the medical room over a concussion.

I wish I could. I had no expectations one way or the other, but now, I can’t see a sure win anywhere. After yesterday, the Giants stealing at least one from us wouldn’t shock me.

Doug has already ruined Wentz by being the worst play caller in the league.  He is the most predictable play caller in the league.  We have 2 shifts: WR across the formation, RB left or right.  However, Carson again missed easy throws.  Last season he was on target and guys were dropping easy TDs and this year he is off by 4 yards too long or too short.  The throw to Ertz that was picked- he watched him the whole way, sees he's covered ball has to go to the outside not inside.  Missed TD down the sideline is a lay up and it was too far.  Last year he lays that pass right in Aggies hands and he drops it against ATL.

However, the injuries are absurd.  Two a game at least.  Nutso. 

 

Wentz looks this bad because dougs offense sucks, fire Doug and bring someone in that will salvage wentz’s career

Doug is certainly culpable but I am not sure he has ruined Wentz. Doug is giving Wentz easy throws to make and Wentz is missing guys by a few yards.

After watching sunday night I was struck by how much air they put under those passes, especially rodgers
