We already know the 2017 organizational chart.

The assistants had pieces of prep work to bring to Reich, who then funneled what he thought were the best ideas to Doug, who worked with Reich to put together the game plan and first 15 script.

All because he was part of the SB team. I think we see this with Doug as well. I like Doug but only as a HC and giving up OC roles. Sadly he will never give them up so we have to wait till hes gone for change. Jim I wanted gone after 2018 but no one wanted to listen then. What should happen is Doug should see the light from 2017 and give up a majority of the OC roles and if he refuses he should be gone by week 15, move Flipp or Duce into the temp role. Then hire the OC from KC. He is one hell of a play designer there. Do you really think Andy is creating those plays and game planning? Nope. Doug did not have a main role in KC when he was there, Eric has been a huge factor in the Chiefs success.

Can you show us a team that won a Superbowl, made the playoffs the next year and won a first round game, almost won a second game, that then fired their DC? Doesn't that sound somewhat absurd to you? Jim had a middle of the pack D in 2018 I believe based on DVOA. I agree he probably needs to go after this year, but to fire him after 2018 is insane.

We made the playoffs in 2018 based off pure luck. Had nothing to do with his defense or our offense. It was all luck and an extremely poor div. I still think 2018-2019 were years of failure that were masked by a bad div and luck of other teams losing at the right time. I wanted him gone after 2018 and I think we all can agree him sticking around didnt improve the team in those years.

These clips are depressing to watch.  Hightower was open all over the freaking field.  UGH.

I get what you are saying, but I think this is a sweet and sour situation. At least Hightower is running good routes and beating the coverage. I think that's a fantastic sign, and as Carson plays with him he's going to start finding him for big plays.

Hippies and their children are always the mouthiest , dumbest , most ridiculous snots on the planet.  All they're "any good " at doing is taking regular a** woopings and booing when things don't go their way.

Pederson actually did not. Frank role was the game planner and scripted the plays in 2017 after the week 2 loss. So Frank actually catered the offense around Nick.

Okie dokie.

Frank Reich conspiracy theory guys are hilarious.  First it's "Wentz can do no wrong and the season is over when he got hurt"  But then Foles comes in wins a Super Bowl.

Next season the reason Wentz is struggling is because Frank Reich left.

All of a sudden Foles comes in and looks like a super star under Pederson's direction so the Frank Reich conspiracy theorists go away.

Now Wentz looks horrible again so it must be because Frank Reich left...not because there's something wrong with Wentz or Wentz doesn't listen to his coaches or anything to do with Wentz....it's because Frank Reich left.  Right.

Reminder:

- Doug called the plays
- Frank Reich was responsible for 3rd downs
- John DeFilippo was responsible for red-zone

They were all better together.

It's "ALWAYS" the guy who's Not HERE.... or the "one who got away" lol

He's basically saying that Frank cared more about him as a person then as a player and would let him "do his own thing" on the field.

So can we finally end all these nonsense conspiracy theories??

He worked nonstop with Carson. Carson didn't get along with the QB coach all that well and he always went to Frank..  They were very close.

I've always said that part of the major turning point with this team was when Frank left for Indy.

Frank also had a major hand in the game prep and strategy.... he just seemed to make things work...

I don't know much but I know one thing.

Frank Reich will NOT be on the Eagles sideline this Sunday.

Let's work out a deal and trade Wentz to Indy...so he can be a Super Star again and we can get Hurts going here...why not?

Kind of a dumb plan... kind like relying on a 34 year old desean jackson to be your best WR....

Oooh, boy!  Can't wait until we have to depend on his arm to win a game.

Yup.

It’s gonna be ugly.
