It's the medical staff's job to make sure the patient/player makes the right decision.  Desean can barely write, let alone make that decision.  They need to communicate the correct thing to do.

Sure, but again, they can’t make him do it. Sounds like the thought of playing through pain and risking further injury was in his mind than having surgery. That’s a real thing for patients.

Off task...the local fires were contained late last week, so no more ash falling...but...the sky is foggy and bright orange. It is very disconcerting...the nearest fire is over 100 miles away from my place...the bright orange is straight out of Blade Runner

Can't really add "plus covid", as a reason the Eagles will struggle.  All 32 teams have to deal with it.

Yea, they eventually show for me.  But sometimes they default to that error page before the tweets show up with a refresh.

It is hard for the camera to pick up the orange now..but here are some shots from SF this morning. A fine ash just started to fall again...that is from the fires out by Yosemite.
