2020 NFC East. 7-9 Redskins won it because Doug pulled rookie Jalen in the 2nd half so Nate Sudfeld could play/tank. The 6-10 Giants then raged after because they said the Eagles throwing the game in the second half cost them the division since they wpuld have won it at 6-10 if the Redskins lost.

The theatrical release that most of us have seen, was edited to frame it as purely platonic based on notes from the producers and the studio. But Luc has actually stated his intent was to model the dynamic based on his own relationship with his first wife whom he apparently met when she was 12 and gave birth to his first daughter when she was 16. There are a couple scenes and lines of dialogue that were cut from the theatrical release but remained in the directors cut which are unsettling to say the least.

I’ve kind of blocked that out from memory and was not my intent when I posted that meme…. But yeah. Even the "regular” cut was a bit creepy.

The winner of the division potentially have 8-9 wins will prevent Howie from going into full sell mode.

Berman was asked about that today. Said if the Eagles play like crap the next 3 games even if the rest of the division continues to suck he thinks Howie will sell. The Eagles are forward thinking and are would rather bottom out than be below average. I agree with him. They’re always thinking about how to build the next elite team, not treading water.

When we drafted Hurts, my friend who is a Cowboys fan said you just got a man and he will win the big one. Have nothing but respect for, first and foremost, the man and the player.

No matter how you feel about him he deserves our respect for kicking the dog crap out of KC to bring us our second Lombardi and being a stand up human being in the time of jackasses
