The 2 long ass drives to finish Rams games in the last 7 minutes started because of their ineptitude in the first Lin drive. So in your mind the defense is to blame when they kept the game 20-10 Eagles in the first half only for the offense to not score anything in the 2nd half while the Rams scored 14 in the 4th?

As it stands, the doctors cleared him to play. They trusted the doctors. There's no evidence him playing is the reason he has clots in his lungs. That can happen if you work at Acme. People online seem to be insinuating the team should have sat him out despite being cleared. That would mean ignoring your doctors. If it gets to that point, why even have doctors? They tell you if a player is safe to play medically and they(non doctors) go by the medical opinion of the doctors. If information comes out that he wasn't cleared or something and they let him play anyway then I'll change my view. Until then I believe they did nothing wrong.Nah too rational. I want coaches and GMs that go against medical advice. There does need to be a serious evaluation of the medical staff after this though - and if there was anything they missed / got wrong that should have been picked up.

That's what good defenses do. Dean made one last year at the end against Jags. Need more of those. We knew the offense was gonna be a shidd show for 1st half of season. I expect more out of the defense. They are mid. Peeps are just dismissing them. They have about 5 holes currently, IMO.

People are assuming him playing caused the clot situation to be where it is now. We don't know that and based on my knowledge of clots and having family with very similar situations, I don't think it made a difference. People read the statement and are just baselessly assuming "Omg they let him play and look at what that did to him!" Again, all layman speculation.

53 minutes ago53 min This is the root issue with the defense and why I still blame the offense for most of their problems. They leave them out to dry, especially in the second half. I do wish the defense had more than 3 turnovers and more sacks this year, which is where they are struggling most. But the offense has done them no favors and this is unsustainable.

What happened to CMC, Kaelon Black, and Jordan James? Also, when did Trent Williams retire? It is weird because I am pretty sure they have the exact same starting 5 on the offensive line playing tonight as they did in Week 1. I mean, I could be wrong. Is Mac Jones starting for them for the rest of the year as well?I mean, they have done it all year long, right? I don't remember their injury report being 25 players deep.Such a bad take. Yes, the 49ers have dealt with injuries through the years and have persevered, but what is happening to the Eagles is unreal. And they don't have a substation to blame.I'm talking in the amount they have had more.Yes they haven't lost the QB, rb or an lineman but they've had more.I hate the niners as much as everyone else but here's the difference they have systems in place that work and it shows vs whatever this offense is we are trying to run

44 minutes ago44 min How many times are we going to go through this? I think the offense sucks. Hurts. No Hurts. Don't care. I think the defense has been highly overrated in here and had chances to win a game for the team a couple times this year. And did none of that when presented opportunities. Blog is so hyperfocused on one thing that they can't see straight. This is not a championship defense regardless of Hurts. Not even close. That was the premise that people came into this season with. We do not have that kind of defense. And won't. It's a big letdown from expectations.

24 minutes ago24 min I dont think its that hard of a position to be in for the HC to have that press conference and tell media the team released statements, that is all the information they are sharing at this time. They will release more info as it becomes available. Now ask questions about football.Fairly standard stuff. No need for Howie or anyone from the medical team to be there with him.

Because if they were championship quality you may think about buying for the offense right now and getting players. But there's no point, cuz they just aren't that good. Too many holes to try to fix everything.

There’s more mediocre and bad going on every Sunday than good. The bills are the perfect example of this. Offense is good. Very very good. but their defense is atrocious. Yet they are one of the best teams in the league.Feels like that was the same last year too. The league overall just wasn’t good.
