No soft flopping fouls.I always suggest people go watch a complete game on YouTube from the 90s to remind them of what it really looked like. Not a 20 second clip of dudes fighting. There was no MMA defense. Mostly just slow skinny weak dudes that couldn’t shoot. The lanes are wide open and they must have hid the super physical stuff somewhere in a vault. You couldn’t play most zones against MJ because it was illegal which makes a huge difference. Bill Lambeer was the same size as Kevin Durant. Playing "enforcer” at center. It’s like when you say something is your favorite movie and you go back and watch it after 30 years and you’re like… dang… that was way worse than I remember it. (For a bonus go watch an 80s game. Looks like the YMCA by your house.)

I said that they arent confined to a little coach seat with no leg room.Someone else brought up their dissatisfaction with team flights. And I showed evidence of the space they have to move around.I'm sure there are also treatments happening in flight as well. No one is just sitting for 8 hours.

He would draw fouls by taking charges and needling opposing players.
47 minutes ago47 min I’m not going to pretend I wasn’t cool with the Mannion hire. I saw the vision. 10+ years as an NFL QB, experience in multiple systems, grounding in the Shanahan/McVay/LaFleur concepts. The lack of playcalling experience was a risk, but one that was mitigated with extensive NFL QB experience. I envisioned a guy that would take all of that, meld it with our personnel, and call a Sean Mannion offense. What I’ve seen is a guy who’s just pretending to be Matt LaFleur and half-heartedly incorporating other concepts that contradict the LaFleur stuff. Also, WTF does Chris Kuper even do?No one should get a pass this year because of what’s going on with Hurts. Not Sirianni, not Mannion, not Kuper.

22 minutes ago22 min If the Eagles offense stinks it up and can’t score at least 20 points against the Cowboys putrid defense then I don’t know how Mannion will still have a job after that. I’m sure he will but this has already gone far enough

Guys that player at 220 calling dudes that are 270 and can run them out the gym "soft”. It’s like Terry Bradshaw saying his offense was more complicated than today’s offenses or something crazy like that. Today’s game is leaps and bounds more advanced. The players are bigger, longer, faster, stronger and shoot from the logo. Is what it is.

You act as if MJ didn't play while Shaq was in the league, and he is arguably one of the biggest and most dominant big men that ever played. You telling me Shaq couldn't dominate in today's league, or are you saying he is too soft? lol And players are called soft today because of the flopping.

2 minutes ago2 min From Jeremy Fowler:Hurts visited specialists last week upon return from the London game, including a trip to Boston to see one Friday, per sources. That was part of Hurts' fact-finding process as he was ultimately placed on Injured Reserve the next day. Hurts' team considered Eagles GM Howie Roseman, specifically, "exceptional" throughout the process when it came to Hurts' health, per source. He was 'extremely hands on' throughout, 'worried about Jalen's health more than anything else,' the source added. That doesn't mean this process was easy for the Eagles, who took public scrutiny early this week. As one source said, 'they (Eagles) were made to look like they put his life in jeopardy and that's simply not the case.'

They call them soft because they are bitter. Like Chuck Bednarik pretending Aaron Donald wouldn’t rip his spine clean out of his body. Reggie Miller was a flopper extraordinaire. Shaq would completely dominate on offense in any era but he would be unplayable on defense. He’s not guarding centers that shoot 3s. He was more of a 2000s guy anyway and I was talking more 90s. (I get he played at the tail end of the 90s)
