WTH could he have done to deserve a fine that large? That's ridiculous.

It’s in abeyance. Basically just a warning.

I’ll be turning 60 years old in just over a month and my sister sent a family text a few days ago asking if anyone knew if our childhood home was still standing. I’ve thought about going back to see i

Well, he screamed on camera in an officials face Week 1. He called someone a “****” in Week 3, not sure if that was directed at a player or ref. And he was on camera screaming about an obvious intentional grounding in Week 4. That’s all stuff caught on camera. Who knows what else. But they are telling him to chill out.

I loved all of those things.

I’d also add the temporary fine is large and ridiculous but a tactic to ease player/coach vs ref relations after those other refs got suspended

Legendary! Let's admire greatness. And to those who believed from Day 1....

Flyers win! 3 in a row.

And back in my 10 year old rec league I would get called for palming 🙄

If Jalen Hurts career isn't over then he will be Comeback Player of the Year in 2027.

@HazletonEagle do ref any newcomb games? It’s like volleyball but it doesn’t require as much skill, as you just catch the ball and throw it.

Are we sure he wasn’t fined for how bad the eagles are under center with play action?

Or Justin Hebert (obligatory blog talking point).

They changed the award a few years ago to exclude players who just sucked for the whole year or sucked for multiple years. Also Herbert is going to sucked again next year. He isn't good, a generational loser. It looks like he has fully embraced it too and instead focuses on enjoying his life off the field while getting paid tens of millions in LA.

God I hate we suck. This place has died.

For people that would like the Eagles to sign Laporta after the year, would you be open to trading for him at the deadline?

Could always risk still losing him in FA like Philips this past off-season. But I still think of a team trades for him at the deadline that they have the inside track at signing him.

Doubt Lions would trade him unless he keeps expressing his displeasure publicly and they drop both of their next two to the Packers and Vikings.

Yup

not a chance in hell i'd do that

Guessing this happened days ago but I just saw someone react to Michael Robinson's comments where he basically said that Jalen Hurts "faked blood clots to get out of the season so he can't be the scapegoat this year." How does this guy still have a job? The look on the host's face when he said it was about as a clear of a "what the F are you talking about you moron" that I have ever seen.

I like the idea as a trade would circumvent the comp pick formula- no idea what his trade value is though.
