Just because you as a fan don't know who is and is not responsible for what, doesn't mean that it is logical to assume he does nothing (or does lots of things) without proof. That's the problem I have with a lot of the highly emotional men here. With lack of proof, they defer to their own personal feelings about someone. You're not so important that everyone in the NFL have to make it clear what every single coach and position coach actually does in exact detail. None of us are.

That's how the NFL is sometimes, and people need to learn to live with that rather than falling prey to menopause. I don't think he or any non-coordinating coach have all that many strengths to list specifically on gameday, do you?
