The defense, they still have my confidence that they are capable of making a play. They just haven't gotten the turnovers. We need a turnover. We need a pick 6.Hell, just forcing a punt deep in Carolina territory would have been great.

But firing him won't help because they threw Nick's playbook in the trash so the new players don't have the installs. There's nothing to do except ride it out, thanks to the FO wanting the Shanahan offensive scheme.

He’s an issue but you would just have another moron in charge

3 hours ago3 hr Howie's last 2 drafts were mid at best, trade for Greenard was terrible. Signing Woolen was good. Need to get rid of Joe Douglas and get back to the drafting results they had from 2021 to 2024.Mannion was too inexperienced and was never an OC. The talent on offense is there, an experienced OC should be able to run a decent offense. Mannion may end up being good over time but he has no help from the HC who doesn't know the scheme.Demoted Stout and forced him out, it would have been better to have his experience with all the new young O linemen and backups.Nick does some things well but like Andy Reid, has some Achilles heel mistakes in game management and has no answers for fixing the offense. The team slips into undisciplined play too often. We said this season needed to be a prove-it season for the offense. Lurie and Howie see there's still a championship window and will want a lot of change this offseason...again.I don't see Siri getting fired before the end of the season, maybe not at all. The message that sends to potential coaches is even if you win (Doug was fired too after winning a SB) and have a lot of injuries, you will be fired if you have one losing season. They also have to evaluate Mannion. Is he just not up for this? Does Grizzard need to take over? Or is Mannion doing a good job in their view and they just need healthy players and more experience?Hurts is under contract and not really feasible to trade him yet, now the blood clot issue. He'll be back, they'll draft a QB to develop behind him. But do they run it back with the current offensive coaching staff? We'll know more by season's end if they get things together or not.
