I don't see Siri getting fired before the end of the season, maybe not at all. The message that sends to potential coaches is even if you win (Doug was fired too after winning a SB) and have a lot of injuries, you will be fired if you have one losing season.

They also have to evaluate Mannion. Is he just not up for this? Does Grizzard need to take over? Or is Mannion doing a good job in their view and they just need healthy players and more experience?

Hurts is under contract and not really feasible to trade him yet, now the blood clot issue. He'll be back, they'll draft a QB to develop behind him. But do they run it back with the current offensive coaching staff? We'll know more by season's end if they get things together or not.

I think Mannion needs to go now. He doesn’t adjust to the personnel. He has no feel for the game. We can blame Howie for the TE position but I am not sure Grenard was a terrible deal. You have to look at the decisions in context of what else they could have done. They didn’t have better options at Edge. TE was idiotic given the scheme change. Mundt has been terrible. Stowers does not fit the scheme.
