We'll find out Monday night. If you're right the Eagles should have no problem moving the ball. I think the offense will be really bad again.

My whole point is they should be able to move the ball like the Buccaneers did. The Buccaneers didn’t do anything special and have a crap offense too. Yet still managed. It would tell me our coaching stinks as Bowles and that heap of crap figured it out against Dallas

About Makai Lemon:

We've lowered the bar so much with him that if he's merely open on a few plays per game(and doesn't even get the ball on those plays) and has a couple catches in a game then people will say he looked good.

He may end up going on to have solid seasons in this league. Even Agholor had a solid season or two. But nothing about him looks like a 1st rounder to me. Nothing pops at all. Not his speed, size, quickness, ability to attack the catch point. Just looks like some nobody.

Nice awareness by Mahomes

Howie gets some of it, but this coaching staff can’t teach. Roster talent will ebb and flow for every NFL team.

I agree that Roseman has made some mistakes, but he was always going to have to take some risks and ask the coaches to do more with less in order to pay foundational guys.

This coaching situation has been a flat out joke for years. It really is a miracle that they amassed so much talent in 2024 that they overcame it.

Oh come on, this has been a ridiculous season. The usual MO is the kids sit on the bench half the season and work their way in the second half as injuries occur.

They get 2-3 months of coaching and practice before they're asked to play a major role.

Instead a bunch of players have been thrown into the fire or asked to do things that are above their skill level.

Stoutland couldn't change this, he isn't going to turn Lumpkin into healthy LD, or Majors into Kelce.

Still early but its looking like the NFC is between the Bears and 49ers.

I think a wild card is Green Bay if parson comes back and that defense fixes itself. Then again it has Gannon so they are boned and Jordan love is wildly inconsistent.

But GB getting POS jacobs back give them a better rushing attack and having Watson, golden and Kraft is a really good amount of weapons.

Every offense should be able to move the ball on Dallas. My point is I don't think they are going to because I think this offense is beyond broken right now. I think they'd struggle to move the ball against Temple.

I never liked the pick. Hope he turns into at minimum a good #2.

This team has looked like crap for 2 years. WTF have you been watching?

We are in agreement. Don't like the coach either. Been on him for weeks. He mind as well stay and sink with the ship. But he's a goner. It's over. End of an era. It's official. This core needs to be broken up. Not just tweaked. And the staff won't keep their jobs. This will become more crystal clear from here on out.

That’s fine. But what I’m telling you is if Tampa Bay was able to do it, the Eagles should be able to do it. That offense also is crap. There’s no reason that Tampa with an undrafted free agent rookie quarterback is able to put 24 on Dallas in his first ever start on the road and the Eagles can’t do that at home. Especially if Barkley is back and Kendall is back.

It’s why I said if we can’t match what Tampa did on offense then we are in deep crap

CJGJ might be available soon.

Isnt Gannon the Green Bay DC?

Yeah the Cowboys will be fine tonight 😆😆

You might wanna look what he did to the bears a bit ago

Why does Tanner like such sucky plays?!

Are you implying there is well designed ones?! 🤣

Not gonna destroy the Cardinals, cause they’re trying to lose Games this year. But I do not understand setting up a pass 2 yards behind the line of scrimmage to McBride on third goal when you need 8 yards. There was like three guys around him to start, knowing that he is their best offensive threat. So he wasn’t gonna break three defender and then break another two to get into the end zone from 8 yards out.

Good stop. Still worrisome that they cannot buy a sack even when they blitz.

Yeah with all the money the Eagles have invested in the D line, it is certainly disappointing.

Lol yeah Hurts was the reason they were in a position to to beat the Rams - all thanks to his grand contribution of under 100 passing yards!

Actually I thought the Eagles had a decent chance to steal this game today at 19-14 and getting the ball near the 40-yard line, following a TD drive and a three-and-out from the Panthers after botching their kick return. Eagles had all the momentum at home — then Majors did what he did, and the Eagles were 2nd-and-21 in a deep hole. Two more plays and then another punt.

That’s how error-free the Eagles need to be right now. With so many backups playing due to injury, they just can’t overcome a disastrous error like that.

Yeah he tends to do well against backup QBs

How the F is Mannion still employed? It’s the worst offense the nfl has ever seen. Where is the movement?

It felt like we had it and then the bad snap

I mentioned last week that I couldn’t remember a time when the Eagles took advantage of a team’s statistical weakness, and that still stood today. I get injuries, but part of being a good coach is still scheming up a gameplan to take advantage of your opponent’s weakness. I don’t know if Nick has ever been capable of doing that and only relies on his team’s talent.

Rams don’t have their kicker… so if they score a TD they have go for two or the punter has to kick. If they don’t score a TD then same situation

Doesn’t help we ran it 12 times and really didn’t try to establish the run until we were already behind. Came out with 9 straight passes

Rams roll
