Weak on your part, but ok, I'll bite. I have nothing against the people of Mississippi or providing disaster relief from those horrible tornadoes - I support it. No doubt whoever was in the WH, Biden, Trump, Obama, Bush - whoever - would have provided for similar relief, as they should have. Hoping those people affected can put their lives back together. Now, let me ask you directly - do you support the Tweet I posted about Biden's proclamation and statement on transgenderism?

March 31, 20232 yr 7 minutes ago, Tnt4philly said: So is it or is it not ok to discriminate? It depends Tnt. Discrimination in the work place is a no no in most cases. However, there can often be good cause to, let's say, discriminate against convicted felons. As far as transgenders, I believe discrimination is warranted in certain circumstances. For example, in women's sports, it's patently unfair to allow biological men compete against women. In schools - especially elementary schools - transgendered women should not be allowed to teach kids. The interests of the kids trump the interests of the transgendered individuals. I take it you support allowing biological men who dress as women to compete in women's sports and to teach kids. Correct?

And yet the liberals are some of the most hypocritical and discriminatory people out there. Anyone who does not follow their line of thinking is discriminated against. It's okay to discriminate against conservatives. Anybody with any sort of wealth, status or who otherwise is not deemed to be underprivileged is discriminated against - which is bizarre since there are many limousine liberals out there who claim to support the underprivileged, but would never tolerate them establishing a real presence in their own neighborhoods.

I'm not entirely sure how to adopt his statement unless there was some sort of call to action in it, but yeah, sure, I'm good with transgender people existing and, importantly, also good with the people of Mississippi being helped. But we still don't have a firm answer from you on which position you take: pro-trans and pro-Mississippi or anti-trans and anti-Mississippi. You can't divide the two, so which is it?

First of all, men don’t just simply dress as women to compete in women sports, but I do not support biological men competing in women sports. Regardless of the mental aspects of transgenders, biological males have a huge advantage in physical strength. It really isn’t fair to biological women. I have no problem with them teaching kids as long as they go through the same process as anyone else. I have no reason to believe a TG person couldn’t be a good teacher just because the are TG.

The trouble with the latter point is that you are putting the interests of the teacher ahead of those of the kids. You're working on the incorrect premise that, people who claim to be transgendered are in large part stable people and aren't mentally ill. Tell you what, you feel free to send your kids and grandkids to be taught and supervised by transgendered men. I'll insist mine be in a classroom with more traditional teachers.

There are lots of mentally ill people in lots of professions. For example, someone employs you (probably)

When I took Educational Law in grad school I learned legal precedent dictates they can't be discriminated against, and specifically can't be precluded from employment nor terminated on that basis. I know it's hard for a Trump supporter to understand, but I respect the law.
