It's okay to discriminate against conservatives. Anybody with any sort of wealth, status or who otherwise is not deemed to be underprivileged is discriminated against - which is bizarre since there are many limousine liberals out there who claim to support the underprivileged, but would never tolerate them establishing a real presence in their own neighborhoods.

But we still don't have a firm answer from you on which position you take: pro-trans and pro-Mississippi or anti-trans and anti-Mississippi. You can't divide the two, so which is it?

First of all, men don’t just simply dress as women to compete in women sports, but I do not support biological men competing in women sports. Regardless of the mental aspects of transgenders, biological males have a huge advantage in physical strength. It really isn’t fair to biological women. I have no problem with them teaching kids as long as they go through the same process as anyone else. I have no reason to believe a TG person couldn’t be a good teacher just because the are TG.

You're working on the incorrect premise that, people who claim to be transgendered are in large part stable people and aren't mentally ill. Tell you what, you feel free to send your kids and grandkids to be taught and supervised by transgendered men. I'll insist mine be in a classroom with more traditional teachers.

When I took Educational Law in grad school I learned legal precedent dictates they can't be discriminated against, and specifically can't be precluded from employment nor terminated on that basis. I mean, the majority opinion was drafted by Gorsuch, one of the conservative justices. The SCOTUS ruled the protections of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 applied to LGBT people.
