To be sure I moved out to an exurban area with only a bit of creeping suburbanism specifically so that I didn't have to deal with traffic and ... people in general. But if this place gets too built up I'll sell my home at an inflated value and move again.

FWIW - row homes in mayfair, which is a declining area, are going for $250k-$275k.
