If the students "interests" include not wanting to be taught by a teacher solely because of the way they dress or how they refer to themselves, then that student can go to another public school or a private one. You could use your same argument for gay or lesbian teachers and it would be just as incompatible with the law. Shocking that a self-proclaimed "lawyer" is so ignorant of actual law.

I mean, the majority opinion was drafted by Gorsuch, one of the conservative justices. The SCOTUS ruled the protections of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 applied to LGBT people.
