It indicates there's been no substantiated evidence of wrongdoing on Biden's part, because if there was the FD-1023 would be at most a footnote. Not to mention, Wray offered to allow the committee to view the contents of the FD-1023s in a secure location to protect the information, and that wasn't good enough. Because Comer isn't trying to get to the truth, he's trying to invent a narrative by flooding the zone with ish. And he doesn't even have that much ish to flood the zone with. Freaking MTG could be rattling off unverified claims about Biden left and right to the FBI and it'd be recorded in FD-1023s.
