He was an equally uninspiring candidate as was Hillary's candidacy.

He would have easily beaten trump. Trump only beat hillary by barely winning the rust belt states. Biden would have definitely held MI, WI, and PA making him president.

Hillary lost because she didn't campaign in Michigan or Wisconsin and said using social media as part of the campaign was unnecessary. Her presidential campaign was one of the most poorly run campaigns in recent memory.

August 24, 20232 yr Another point about Hillary, she barely beat out Sanders for the nominations. She hates Sanders. In her documentary she said as much. However, when you narrowly beat out someone for the nomination, picking them as a running mate, even if you don't like them personally, is often a winning strategy. JFK didn't like Johnson. Reagan didn't like George HW Bush. Had she picked Sanders as her running mate, engaged the Bernie Bros, and leveraged Social Media, and at least made a few stops in MI and WI, she would have won.

August 24, 20232 yr repugs still haven't figured out that more people were motivated to vote against cheeto than for biden in 2020? hell, wait until 2024 when we're basically voting whether or not trump will rot in prison. holy sheet i can't wait to vote!
August 24, 20232 yr Hillary was also extremely damaged. Republicans had been pounding on her for 8+ years, because the whole world knew she was going to run for president in 2016. Benghazi was a terrible situation, but does any reasonable person think it would have been politicized as much as it was if republicans didn’t use the opportunity to pin it on her?

Me and my policies are doing nothing to bring the country together and everything to divide us even further. It's surprising that we are living in the best times ever but for some reason the president's approval ratings show a different reality. I guess people are just not smart enough to understand that things are great for them but thank God MidMoFo is here to set everyone straight. Thanks!

Trump came out of nowhere and trounced the entire Republican field running against him in the primary. All those Republican candidates lost badly to Trump. You people allow your personal hatred of him to blind your ability to reason and see things clearly.

And he ensured he'd never win another election again within a week of his presidency once everyone realized that it all wasn't an act and that he was actually mentally ill. And yet....miraculously....you idiots still haven't moved on from him.

Get a better job like everyone else in the country is doing right now… If Foxnews screaming at you nonstop about how bad everything is and trump telling you our country is falling apart has you down… turn off the tv, go for a walk, trying looking at the world with your own eyes.

It's indicative of the divisions in the country today. It's like me saying that Obama was hated by the entire country because I didn't like him. I see objectivity is not your strong suit. Intelligence apparently isn't either.

No, he was and still is, hated by Dems and Independents alike. Dude has had steadily abysmal disapproval since he came on the scene. Obviously his cult loves him. No one questions the devotion of people that trust him more than they trust their friends and family.

Yes, many things are cheaper than they were a year ago, some things are cheaper than they were 3 years ago. If you understand how inflation works… you know prices are elevated because consumers are willing to pay them, usually because they have more money to buy things. I am 1000 times more confident in Biden than any other name in the hat.

What you're not getting is that people don't do an intellectual analysis of what causes inflation at the supermarket or gas station. And while many things are cheaper, that's been the case for quite a while now. The core expenditures people have to make - food, housing, transportation - are all skyrocketing with no end in sight. These bills bloated with port like the misnamed Inflation Reduction Act are stoking the fires of inflation and eroding the dollar. And your analysis of inflation is off base. Prices are higher because there are more dollars flooding the economy. And forget about Trump for a sec. Does Biden instill confidence in you on his own footing?
