But I don't feel like our backup Qb has been preparing to start. A lot of it not her fault, but she hasn't done well on the things she can control either. Good luck with that hail Mary. I still think the smarter choice is to rally around Joe and replace Harris with Michell Obama. I know Kamala has her own backers but I can't see anybody holding out on that decision. Michelle is stronger than Kamala in every demographic. The pining for Michelle Obama, who despises politics, and didn’t even want her husband to run, will never not be funny.

July 5, 20241 yr I think she would had to have at least a 3 or 4 pt polling advantage to garner enough support to justify the switch. If the SOTU was any indication (which was similarly on the heels of the Hur report), the max impact on the polls was seen around the 2 week mark, but we're already a week in and she still has ground to make up. If we get to mid July and she's still roughly even, I don't think it's enough but we'll see.
July 5, 20241 yr The critical stage for Joe is the next week to 10 days. I think we will know the answer by next Wed or Thurs.

He needs to dropout, and I’m afraid he’s too stubborn. I hated the part where he said if he lost it didn’t matter as long as he did his best.
