Same with me.

Not a beer drinker, but I can knock back a few bottles of wine every week. All that sugar is awful for me, but I still am in pretty decent shape for being 51. :showoff:

More a whiskey guy myself. Its not just the calories its having them close to bed

I just drink gluten free vodka and sugar free mixers now.

The diet aspect just gets so much more important as you age. Unfortunately. LOL.

And I don’t mean "go on a diet”, to clarify. I mean, just need to pay more attention to what and when you eat/drink. We all probably consume a lot of unnecessary calories.

My fitness goals for this year will be to drop at least 10 lbs, have all my clothes still fit me, and continue to keep my shoulders wider than my waist. 😁

1st run post Covid today.  Needless to say, it did not go as well as runs before Covid.  I made it about 2.5 miles before I had to stop and walk, which I guess wasn't too bad, I just hate having to work my ass off to build back up to where I was.  Again. :furious:

What’s my resting heart rate you ask? 53.  Same as my age.  I’m such a physical specimen ( ) that my doctors not at all worried about it either. B-)

Going well?

Closing in on 350 peleton rides

I just had my Oxefit delivered. I can see why the Peleton is so popular on here, as this machine has similar features.. The trainer led workouts are awesome. Having all your workout data tracked for you is awesome.

Oh lord.

And I’m staying away from those replies. LOL

Gotta give those shoes credit for what they are enduring, though.

I took BPC 157 and TB500, both peptides, for an injured rotator cuff for four weeks. By the end of it, my shoulder feels pretty much back to normal. Definitely recommend if ever want to go that route for an injured tendon or muscle.

Gorilla Healing?

Never heard of that before now but just injections. BPC was getting close to the injury as possible and TB500 just in the stomach with insulin needles. Pretty painless

When I made this post I was 189lbs (about 4 lbs over what I've been the past 2 to 3 years, I attribute that to me not reacting to aging). Weighed in at 177 lbs this morning. I've been doing movements I've never done before, my back and joints feel better than it has in years.

No, but that’s a great start!  Maybe next time try going inside and checking the place out… work your way up to actually picking up a weight or getting on one of the machines.

Thanks friend!  For some reason, I just ate the salad bar at a local Ruby Tuesdays for lunch, and I think it's quite possible there was taint meat in the processed ham cubes.
