June 30, 20223 yr Got 115lb DBs for 7 reps on flat bench yesterday. Today, on the Slant board with a 53lb KB did 8 reps every minute for 20 minutes. It's more a cardio workout than a muscle builder, but quick and a good workout.

I've found it agrees with my body a lot more than traditional barbell stuff now that I'm in my 30s.

For limited mobility it helps keep more upright when squatting Squats, lunges, Achilles stretches, lunge stretches it's not a wife variety but use it for stretching a lot

Asking what exercise you did on it just curious. Sounds like a good stretch especially for ankle mobility

July 14, 20223 yr Have been doing 35 minutes of cardio in the morning and then afternoon workouts. I don't have a weight goal often, just want to see how lean I can get by the end of the month

July 15, 20223 yr I have been on vacation since Saturday. Just doing morning walks on the boardwalk, about 45 minutes or so. I haven’t lifted since Saturday morning. I can’t remember the last time I went 6 straight days without lifting. Feels weird. LOL
July 15, 20223 yr Does anyone else have issues with their shoulders? I have daily shoulder pain, I assume from lifting. It's not anything crazy most days, just a nagging pain when I do certain things with my arms. Some days it's worse than others, and it affects me most when doing chest and shoulder work, obviously. I think it's tendonitis or something - any suggestions?
July 15, 20223 yr Could be a rotator cuff issue, Mike. I have occasional shoulder discomfort too. So, I ice the area when needed, and use a hard/foam roller, and go to a Chiropractor a few times a month for it.

I don't know how I could foam roll it to make it better. I just try to do shoulder stabilizing moves to strengthen everything and manage the damage. Getting older sucks, and I'm not even 40 yet!
