We saw a massive lounging seal laying on a dock and we paddled over to it. I got a little too close trying to get a picture and then a boat's wake pushed us right into the side of the dock. My son was eyeball to eyeball with this thing and it starts wailing at us. It's barking and lunging its head at him. I managed to push off the dock before it got a hold of him and we paddled away. It still haunts my dreams.
