Watson tanking his trade value + Lurie's history of not caring about a QB's legal problems (Vick) + uncertainty at QB = Watson is a likely target in 2022.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

I would say go best on Weidl's board, WR's Smith or Waddle. Though I would be a fan of trading back a few and snag JOK or maybe Moehrig. Though that's highly unlikely.

Scott and Huntley are better. Heck, Killins might be better (he does weigh in Devonta Smith range though).

Jets have the ammo (and plenty of it) to trade up to #12. Could be a trade back candidate for #23, #66, and a 2nd next year.  Could be flirting with Bateman, Marshall Jr., and Farley at 23.

Why would they do that ?

get their QB early , and use rest of picks adding weapons for him

If someone they like drops. They could use help on either line.

Vick served his time, for the Eagles to consider Watson he'd have to be acquitted and cleared of charges beyond a public opinion doubt.

Right now Watson is poison.

If he comes away from this without legal trouble and settles out of court, what’s his trade value?

Lance or Fields will be there at #12. Now does Howie pull the trigger? I say yes.

The fact that the Panthers traded for Darnold tells you what they felt about Lance and Fields if they felt one of them would be there with the 8th pick.

I think if they liked a QB enough to take with a 1st other than what will be available after the Jaguars and Jets pick then I don't think they would have traded back.  People here are besides themselves over the idea of giving Hurts this season to show what he can do but if you commit to a QB with a 1st round pick that you aren't that in love with then you really are stuck with that QB for at least 3-4 years and I just don't see it with how Howie has maneuvered to make a move for a QB next year if need be.

Rodgers is awkward on jeopardy

Lurie doesn't care that much about negative public opinion surrounding a player.

Vick, Riley Cooper, Michael Bennett, Cox with this wife stealing, Agholor with this strip club rape accusations and Desean with the anti-Semitism.

If Sean Lee is in your top 2, that proves the point.

Yes, it proves my point. When he was healthy their defense was great. Injuries are an entirely other issue.

i would be 100% with this and wouldn't hate it. Though Howie will find a way to REEEACCH with the 12th and not take a stud LB

Three years down the road? Nada.

More importantly he could be available next yr

You get 2 examples to justify top 11 picks on 4-3 off ball LB's and you pick Sean Lee.  Not really helping.

Yup!  Because we'll be exactly where the Bucs were a year ago.

Waddle & Smith wouldn’t be reaches at 12.

Carolina seems to be choosing the "bridge QB and build the team" option. Its been a couple of seasons since they had an elite TE. The question is, is Matt Rhule a Kyle Pitts guy or does he choose OL or DL over that?

Waddle I do agree with I would like Waddle at 12 but not feeling smith at 12.

Patrick Willis, oh yeah!

I could see Pitts going #4 to ATL
