I remember getting destroyed 38-10. I was at the game lol. The only memorable thing for me was Akers hit a 40+ FG in the game that I believe gave him the record at the time for 40+ yard FGs in a season.

I'm hoping that this changes with this new coaching regime.  Maybe it wasn't a medical staff problem, and it was the way Doug P prepared these professional athletes for a 16 game season.  The injuries were a joke.  I love the "All teams endured injuries" nonsense like it was anything even close to what this team dealt with.  Even idiot fans of opposing teams acknowledge how ridiculous injuries are with this team.  Death, taxes, and key players at every single position for the Philadelphia Eagles getting injured for stupid reasons.

I’m guessing it wasn’t a very good crowd considering the game had no meaning for the eagles and started next to no one who was important.

I wish i could remember the podcast that discussed that maybe it was how the team was preparing under doug that was causing the injuries. I want to say it was mosher and caplan who had a podcast where they brought it up. Reason was the eagles kept doing all these things but the same common factor was how they prepared for the season with doug. 

I can’t believe no one posted this. Huge news!

At leas thats more legitimate of a report than the cousins  to the niners reported. I can’t believe the niners believe cousins is winning them a title. i get shanahan worked with him in dc

If i were the raiders I’d deal carr anyway. I don’t think he’s getting them where they need to go especially in that division with mahomes and Herbert.

He’s the one of the other 3 QBs not named Lawrence i like the most. But he is not close to being ready to start week 1. I think he needs a year on the bench to develop especially after he only had that one game in 2020. I do like his upside.

Love it. I really like Horn. If not trading down in R1, I’d really like to see two CBs at some point in the middle rounds, R2 and maybe at 70 and grab a thumper RB later in R7 like Rakeem Boyd or Brian Robinson or Undrafted FA. We really need 2 guys with the potential to move up a slot when Slay leaves. Something like Tyson Campbell or Asante Jr in R2 and a follow up in R3 or 4. I want a Lito/Sheldon combo this year. I think Secondary talent is our biggest positional need. 

Actually agree with BLG on this. I like slay however by the time the eagles are contenders again if you keep him he’s out of his prime and restructure his contract he could be harder to move down the road as he declined and owed money

I miss college basketball too. I still have my PlayStation 2 and 3 to play ncaa basketball and ncaa football. Like you said the crowd noise and shaking of the crowd was an awesome feature. I hope when they bring it back they incorporate that and don’t make it basically college madden. 

i recently purchased  2 on 2 open ice challenge for PS2. It’s a classic.

I’m ok if they do it and they don’t take 2 early. Ideally i love that scenario but I’d take one early and one in the middle rounds and be happy. I like slay and I wish we had him in 2018 and 2019. However this upcoming season and likely 2022 you are wasting his prime years of his career on a team in a rebuild. By 2023 he might not be the same player anymore and making more than what you’d want to pay. Ideally I’d love if they could get back a 3rd they paid and then deal ertz to get a 4th. I frankly think ertz teams might wait t out knowing the eagles cap situation and just wait til they release him. I’m hoping they get something worthwhile instead of just releasing him.
