I like this game. My college had an 8v8 intramural football league that was full-contact/tackle, but no pads or equipment. I captained a team for 2 seasons, playing man coverage on the other teams WR1 every game (and having the other 3 DBs and occasionally LB(s) work a zone coverage grid on the other WRs/RB. I have no idea what my actual stats were. Probably at least 15 INTs and 30+ pass deflections over 2 years/10-12ish games. The stats I do remember? 0, 0, and 2. 0 pass interference penalties. 0 TDs allowed. 2 receptions allowed. Literally gave up 2 receptions over 2 seasons manning up the other teams best player (other than QB). Driscoll and Wallace too soon to tell. Vaitai was a SB starting T and too soon to tell on Hightower. Too soon to tell on Watkins and Bradley. Poyer we gave up on too early. Beau Allen turned into a solid rotational DT. Mills was a constant starter for us, including the SB. And Mailata looked more and more like a steal every week last season. overall a lot of misses of course but some solid contributors found as well. R7 is Howie’s best round on day 3.
