So, what's next?  I wouldn't mind a double down on WRs.  Higgins, Mims or Shenault.  I would take a hard look at Winfield, Jr or Delpit.  Also Willie Gay, Jr has the same type of ability that Murray does but has some off field issues.

I think they are all gone before we pick again.

If this forum is ready to go for the Draft I say we post here and not on that 'other' site.  Leave it an effing ghost town so the Eagles PR/marketing team can see what they're missing out on with most

Howie needs to stop the other 31 teams from participating in the draft!

Probably.  I'm hoping that someone slips.  Kiper was talking about Winfield as a 1st round possibility last night

Probably, but it’s much easier to trade up in round two than it is in round one.

2 + 3 as usual I think. There are a few names to watch: Mims would be interesting. Would be super happy if we could land Fulton in the second, though that seems unlikely..

Or maybe a safety in McKinnon?

I’d like a S. Think McKinney, Delpit, Winfield will be gone, but I’ll be happy with Chinn, Dugger or Davis.

Pittman is the only pure route runner left on the boards. My only concern with him is his speed but we have seen 4.5 players have success. If he can win at the next level with that polished route tree he can be a beast.

I disagree. Van Jefferson runs great routes as well.

I'd like to see Reagor and Jackson run a 40 against each other. Who's the fastest dog? Inquiring minds would like to know.

I swear I did envision that same race in my mind earlier today! 😄

no way. save those hamstrings for game time

Depending on who’s remaining on the board, if Logan Wilson is there I’d take him.
Great tackler. Reads offenses real well. A position of need. Not a great coverage guy which is a drawback and I don’t know if the Birds think he’ll fit in Schwartz’s system.

Would prefer Willie Gay Jr or Akeem Davis-Gaither

Good picks there too.

I got Wilson, Chinn, Winfield in that order

I tell you the first round pick who is gonna blow up because of where he went.  Patrick Queen in Baltimore.   Best case scenario for him.

When is press conference?

What's Howie going to say about missing trading up for Lamb.  Going into draft i was pretty sure we'd have to move into top 13/14 to get one of those top 3 guys.  That trade would've def required either a 2nd or next years 1st.  Going from 21 to 16 or so would've been less.

He gonna say i tried? or No one was willing to trade down?

The trade up for Lamb discussion needs to stop.  You can not force the other team to make a trade if they want to stay put and draft their guy.

The discussion should be not taking the better receiver, Justin Jefferson.

Eagles should take Jeremy Chinn or maybe Kristian Fulton

What makes you so sure Jefferson is the better receiver? Don't get me wrong hes talented and I would have loved him here but thats such a subjective statement

What he should say is we were looking to add speed. Clearly they were looking at Ruggs (he even said so), but they went too early for them. And the next speedster is Reagor.

The Eagles may use a 4th to move up in the 2nd.

Justin Jefferson would have done great things for us but the potential and ceiling of reagor and what he can do for us is far more exciting. I'm so sick of us passing on dudes with rare skillsets for productive guys, love the pick

to me, it's this question...

do i want the guy that catches a 5 yard curl from the slot, and potentially turns it for a 12-14 yard gain...

or the guy who can catch an 80 yard bomb if a db guesses wrong?

we don't have many of those 80 yard guys at wr on the team, but i can see guys already on the roster which can catch that 5 yard curl.

jeffreson on this team would make catches.  he would gain yards after the catch...  but i do not think he'd consistently draw the help over the top that a guy like reagor would knowing the "big-play-ability" that comes with someone with his speed.

San Fran could have taken Lamb but passed on him. Then they trade up for a wr at the end of the first round. They have been killing drafts lately, and for them to pass on Lamb when they needed a wr is a pretty big red flag.

Jefferson is Jordan Matthews 2.0 with slightly better hands IMO.

Reagor could be DeSean Jackson 2.0.

Wow, first time ever I ran out of reactions. That shows how much I like Reagor...

The second round pick is big tonight. If we get that one right too, we'd really make a big step forward with this draft already.

Exactly!

plenty of fourths to make a move. we cant be done at WR. Also need a RB. Mims and Gibson please!

There were very few trades

I have to wonder if the draft teams being spread out all over the country made it harder for them to communicate.

if the team stays with the 2nd and 3rd they have , i would hope they could get either mims , higgins or delpit in the 2nd and cushenberry in the 3rd

Green Bay drafting  a QB in the first isn't likely to sit well with Mr Ego Aaron.
