if the team stays with the 2nd and 3rd they have , i would hope they could get either mims , higgins or delpit in the 2nd and cushenberry in the 3rd

Mims might be gone before our pick.

If this forum is ready to go for the Draft I say we post here and not on that 'other' site.  Leave it an effing ghost town so the Eagles PR/marketing team can see what they're missing out on with most

Howie needs to stop the other 31 teams from participating in the draft!

that's true , higgins would be my next  option if they went wr. still safeties , corners and edge rushers that will be at 53

I really like Higgins Tape. He has deceptive speed, with long strides. He catches the ball with his hands at the high point. He uses his big frame to get position on D backs. He runs good routes and gets separation. He shows enough speed to get deep as well and he was very productive against top competition. But that doesn't mean he's a good fit for us.

No way we can get him without trading up in the 2nd.

to me, it's this question...

do i want the guy that catches a 5 yard curl from the slot, and potentially turns it for a 12-14 yard gain...

or the guy who can catch an 80 yard bomb if a db guesses wrong?

we don't have many of those 80 yard guys at wr on the team, but i can see guys already on the roster which can catch that 5 yard curl.

jeffreson on this team would make catches.  he would gain yards after the catch...  but i do not think he'd consistently draw the help over the top that a guy like reagor would knowing the "big-play-ability" that comes with someone with his speed.

Right i'm not going to disrespect him and call him jordan matthews that would be stupid but he would have been productive here, couple 1000 yard seasons, but Reagor's explosion is so rare in the NFL and we haven't had RARE in a LONG time.

I tell you the first round pick who is gonna blow up because of where he went.  Patrick Queen in Baltimore.   Best case scenario for him.

That is going to be a best selling jersey in no time.  Queen is sooo Baltimore.

Thanks. The best video I have seen about Reagor. I like him even more!!

Anyone here or see rumors that Reagor ran a 4.28 at a private workout weeks after the combine?

Is this accurate?

Looks to be a good route runner.  Still preferred Jefferson, but warming up to the pick.

Me 2. I'm trying to learn more about Reagor and the more I learn the better I like the pick. I was on the Jefferson Bandwagon. I was shocked at the pick but now think it makes more sense. Reagor played on the outside and is not just a deep threat but can run several routes on the tree whereas Jefferson played the bulk of his snaps in the Slot. The Eagles clearly wanted speed on the outside. That's a big reason why they made this pick. Plus this kid can return punts and kicks too.

His route running seems to be elite. Needs to work on catching the ball. He had a ton of drops at TCU.

Aaron Moorehead, you are on deck.

Maybe that has to do some with the Rookie QB throwing him the ball. But yes, working on catching the ball from Wentz should help his confidence. :o

Lets hope he improves because he reminds me of a slightly faster agholor.

4.22.  But who knows if it can be verified as true.

Great video and breakdown and as a  bonus at the end he highlighted how economical Reagor is when he goes up for the jump balls.  He does a lot of little things that make him better at it than 5'11' would suggest.  The arms , hands, and even the jump in the legs are all very fast when he goes up.

Let's just hope tonight goes better.

yeah, he plays faster than his combine time. 4.3's sounds about right. The disparity in times on the stop watch is interesting. But great article.

I did not like the Agholor pick, saw him a ton as a WSU fan.  Reagor is a better, faster, more physical player.

the difference between game speed and combine speed is ridiculous. The vast majority of players are a lot slower in pads, but every once in a while you get a player like Desean who doesnt slow down when the pads are on.

If this kid can become 75% of what DJ is, I'll be happy.

the myth of being a bad route runner shows me people dont watch players and just look at reviews from arsehats online. might as well quote TATE as a source.

i see a floor of Percy Harvin, hopefully minus injuries, and a ceiling of steve smith, the good one.

I think the Jags taking Henderson at 9 may have caused the Raiders to grab Ruggs. I think they wanted the CB. And I think Howie wanted Ruggs and was ready to go up to get him until LVR selected him. Then he just decided to get the next best fastest receiver. I don't think they ever wanted Lamb. That was a false narrative. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Yup, hes an explosive player from head to toe.
