What are you talking about? roommate:I heard you had some of <name>’s popcorn Me: yea and? roommate: it was "special” popcorn me: well yeah it was Carmel popcorn, so sure I guess you could say it was special. roommate: (shakes head), no it was "special”, as in weed. me: no....no no that can’t be. No no *insert Michael Scott gif Noooooooooooo I run into my other roommates room me: You let me eat weed popcorn?!?! And some of that would of course be objectively bad: I don't wish this virus on the Republicans or anyone. But if, after RBG passes and Republicans try to ram a nominee through after what they did to Garland, you see a bunch of Republicans literally catch a modern plague and be unable to confirm her? That's enough to make an agnostic man start believing there is a God. Also: remember they likely lose Arizona November 3rd, that's one more. I don't put a lame duck nomination past McConnell, but I do wonder if it doesn't shed a couple of Republicans who see the writing on the wall after Trump loses.

Looks like the second wave is going to be worse here than the first, at least from a positive case standpoint. Still no significant increase in deaths and ICU admissions, but they have risen slightly over the last couple of weeks. Likely a combination of group gatherings/schools/moving back indoors as the weather cools. Most public buildings and workplaces are poorly ventilated as it is.
