She had a EP study done where they found one of the trouble spots but couldn’t do anything at the time because they weren’t prepared to even find anything like that in a 30 year old. Over the past 10 years or so she’s had 3 attempts at heat ablation. Initially seemed to provide some relief but came almost immediately back. Second attempt was the same and 3rd attempt they couldn’t get her into an arrhythmic state to map it. But they did find that the main spot is very close the main nerve that feeds the heart so if they damaged it that would mean a pacemaker. They even tried crossing over to the other aide of the heart during ablation which is risky to begin with. Ultimately the docs didn’t want to risk it. She’s on two medications to treat it. But she has palpitations constantly multiple times a day. She’s used to it now and the ablations at least did enough to prevent the 220 bpm and Afib. So we’re in a better spot but still frustrating for how young she is. The important thing we always remind ourselves is it’s not life threatening. There is a cryogenic ablation option but that’s so new they don’t know if it would do anything long term for her. They’re Always developing new tech and ideas so we’re hopeful that someone will eventually figure out a solution. Man, I feel your guys' pain. It sucks going through this stuff... especially in your 30's. I had an episode of VT last summer at 2am taking the dog out for a piss that turned into Afib. Drove myself to the hospital (they kinda frown upon that ) and they actually gave me cardioversion. I was hesitant before I knew they knocked you out for it, but it wasn't bad at all. I've had a couple more Afib episodes since then but I let them go and they eventually corrected themselves within an hour or so. My cardiologist has mentioned a pacemaker but said it's an absolute last resort because I'm young. My maternal grandmother has had a pacemaker for over 20 years now and my maternal grandfather passed away from cardiac arrest at 66... so genetics are not on my side.

She doesn’t have any history of any of this in her family. It’s so crazy. And it started while she was pregnant with our second. I don’t know if there’s any correlation to that. good luck with it all!

Ideal temperatures for sleeping outside and plenty of beachfronts to set up a little seaside shanty. I'm actually surprised how many homeless I've seen here. I was burned out one night in the trip when we were staying in Waikiki and learned the hard way that you always lock your car in Honolulu. Some low-life stole everything out of my rental: towels, neck pillows, digital camera, phone charger, parking change, gf's sunglasses clip to her brand-new designer frames, even our folder with our travel information. I also had $130 of vintage wine swiped from here that I bought the night before. The only things they didn't steal were my Garmin GPS (surprisingly), her crappy flipflops, and my old-school Eagles hat. I love that hat, but I honestly didn't know whether I should feel thankful or insulted that they left it Scumbag must've been a Cowpukes' fan. That seem to would fit the bill. Luckily, I'm only mildly wealth-challenged, so I had the means to replace all of my stolen stuff in the next 24 hrs. It made me feel a little better about the situation, but it was a bit of a shocker. It shouldn't have been, though, considering all the panhandlers, street-sleepers, and generally suspicious characters. @vikas83, are you aware they let the poors in Hawaii? I feel like you'd have been good company the last few days, because I've been trashing the scoffing at panhandlers and chastising the unemployed pretty mercilessly. We could've traded classiest insults together. My gf's even been a little shockef at me saying things like "I bet that a-hole with the suitcase wardrobe drank my burgundy! Why can't all theset loses get a f***ing job! It''s not my fault that they fail at life!" She's like, "Wow, I'm usually the one saying these things!" I just tell her that it's all part of the healing process Honestly, though, it's tempting to think that I'd rather be poor in Hawaii than rich in PA. I'd be a resourceful bum, though, not a sleeze like this Honolulu trash. I'll set up shop in some coastal alcove, travel by bicycle or electric scooter, and live off fresh fruit and wild chickens (which are so prevalent here that they seem like an invasive species)

Getting hit up here was a bit of a shocker, but resort towns are always prime territory for small-time criminals. I should've been more careful, but I was tired, hungry, and frustrated at that point and just wanted to get back to my room to eat my food while it was still hot and get to sleep. They are serious about COVID in Kauai, much more so than in Oahu. They actually had a series of military personnel verifying our ID test results immediately after we de-planed. It felt like entering a security perimeter.

June 13, 20214 yr Remember the husband and wife podcast team that went on bill maher to talk about the lab leak and vaccines? I haven't listened to the whole thing, but if the summary is accurate, here's the husband with some big pharma conspiracy BS about the new HCQ, ivermectin and how big pharma is censoring them as advocates of vaccine alternatives, which they now characterize as Russian roulette. Bret and Heather are 95% sure that the COVID vaccines are like playing Russian Roulette with a loaded gun, and that the scientific and public health authorities are lying to everyone, and we would be better off avoiding these risky vaccines and taking Ivermectin instead. Bret even demonstrates how to swallow a pill live on air. But they are not anti-vax! No not at all. They're not conspiracy theorists either! Of course they're not. Conspiracy hypothesisers, maybe... but there is a crucial distinction there. https://www.audible.com/pd/Brett-Weinstein-Heather-Heying-Why-are-they-suppressing-Ivermectin-the-miracle-cure-Podcast/B08ZDRXCDN

PHE also revealed that 29 per cent of Covid deaths from the B.1.617.2 strain had been double jabbed, reports the Telegraph.
