I'll never judge anyone for their choice of music. Life is too short to worry about impressing people with what music you listen to. Most of the time you listen to it by yourself anyway.

Except if you're going to Hanson concerts in 2021. In that case, it's imperative to brag about it to anonymous strangers on the internet. And when they laugh, be sure to call them nerds and remind them you did it while drinking IPAs. All very normal behavior.

I never said anything about it being my choice

Schmoopie loves her some Hall & Oates.  They were the band that played before them at HoagieNation 2

They are legit. I don't care what anyone says.

i've gone to some really sheety concerts & shows with my wife...and i dragged her to a couple concerts she had no interest in...plus a couple eagles & sixers games even though she doesn't like watching sports. it's kind of what you do.

Well - I’m pretty sure he posted about it to trigger ishlibs about being in public - considering you’re all still talking about it days later, I’d say he succeeded.  Interesting choice of strategy, but the ends justify the means.

Pro tip: When girls laughed at you in high school, they weren't "triggered", they were mocking you. I can see how years of coping have led incels like you guys to confuse the two, but they are actually quite different.

Literally nobody cared about that. Like....nobody.

i was at my buddy's daughter's graduation party this past weekend...their entire family had the rona back in nov/dec. he said that his sense of smell still isn't back to normal. foods & stuff he used to like now smell completely different ...some smell kind of like sheet. other things don't have any smell at all. pretty f'n  bad considering he had it 7-8 months ago.

Neurological damage heals very slowly, if it recovers at all. It's weird how so many people just focus on "survivability" when we know so little about the long-term ramifications of the disease itself.

Apparently when Trump was warned about COVID in January 2020 he was too busy railing about flavored e-cigarettes. I'd laugh but that's incredibly depressing.

Laughing about a dude going to Hanson is not even in the ball park of triggered.  Not one person has even mentioned anything about him being in public, this has now become the clown goes to Hanson thread.

I love going to Broadway shows. I've seen dozens. That stuff is probably a bit out of reach for you and the Kzs of the world though, so I think you should just make more gay jokes.

That's correct Beavis. I know, that probably sounds like a ton of cash to you.

This convo made me check to see if the tickets we bought back in Jan 2020 got rescheduled.  It did.  I had no idea and we would have missed it

You're welcome.

Does anyone realize we're arguing Hanson vs Musicals in the 2020 Corona Thread?

I'm blocking it out.

It's also not the only random thing we argued in here, so, whatever.

"I can afford to go to musicals" is just an amazing flex.

Who thought a CVON reply guy could ascend to such heights? lmfao

I mean it's not on the level of "musicals are gay", but I see what you mean.

I bet sometimes being a simpleton such as yourself is probably a pretty enjoyable way to go through life.
