As for my basement, I'd love to spend a lot of extra time down there. Full bar, movie theater with 85 inch TV, 2 65 inch TVs for video games on the other side, a couple arcade machines.

Actually I've learned that despite still taking hormone therapy, it does not render me immunocompromised.  I was a little worried filling out the consent when they asked if you ever have radiation.  Still, not one of my docs advised me to NOT get a vaccine and nothing sticks to my left side.
