BLM can eat a dick. Vaccine mandates aren't racist. And the only respect that matters here is for your fellow American, and the way to do that is to get vaccinated. Acting like you've been disrespected because someone is requiring you to be vaccinated to eat at their restaurant to protect your health and that of others is laughably stupid and ironic.

If only the right had the stones. Sadly, the sappy cultists worship people, eschew critical thinking, and self-examination.

I'll have to look deeper when I'm less sleep deprived but curious if they made any comments on a Moderna booster.  Or people with previous Moderna vaccines getting a Pfizer booster. I know a few that have already done that due to immunocompromised status.

No, this was just for a pfizer booster. Presumably for previous pfizer recipients but I don't know if they explicitly stated that yet. ACIP is meeting today to further refine guidance, so I expect that's what they'll say when they release their recommendations.

I know folks getting the moderna shot as their booster.  Can’t believe corporate run pharmacies are allowing their stores to use unapproved vaccines for the booster.  Seems like a terrible risk decision on their part.  But what do I know?

Wow.  Didn't know you were a closeted racist homophobe.

The one thing I would say is that the United States government has a long history of providing people of color with suspect medical treatment.  But they should still get vaccinated.  Lol

I got the Pfizer, but for the booster I was interested in getting the Moderna. I agree that it's surprising, but with the rush to get as many shots in arms as possible there don't appear to be many checks in the system.

Part of the reason I found the super high Native American vaccination rates so interesting. They essentially took the exact opposite approach of the black community despite a bad history with whitey's schemes too.

The burden of proof is on BLM to show how this particular policy is racist, and using the Tuskegee Experiments as evidence of that doesn't quite hold up. Vaccines have been shown to be just as safe in black people as it is in white people and the virus doesn't care about your skin color. And no, this has nothing to do with prejudicial discrimination, being a dumb ass isn't a protected class.

Corporations have those checks typically.  Giving out boosters that are not yet approved as a booster opens large corporations up to massive lawsuits should something go wrong.

not to mention potential criminal liability

I was wondering that too.  I have a friend scheduled for a booster this Sunday, yet it was just approved? So yeah, the pharmacies have it-Is it the same dosage? and are giving it.

Twatter has your panties all wet again.  This kid is (was) an Economist at the fda. He’s expressing his own delusional thoughts.  It’s the equivalent of what you do here every day.  Should we go to twatter and tag your employer in the dumb crap that you post here?

again, more nothingness.  It’s about all we expect from you anymore.  You’re  losing ground here.  You managed to drop the bar is so low and yet you still can’t get over it.

Thats one hell of a super spreader event in Del Rio. Good thing they aren't dispersing them to undisclosed locations and putting our children and the vaccinated at risk.

Very sad story.

The saddest part is how people could have helped prevent him from contracting it by getting vaccinated.  He’s very high risk considering he’s a transplant patient and he’s likely taking anti rejection medication for the transplant which kills your immune system.  My mom is a transplant recipient and has basically zero immune system so I can understand why they took every precaution they could. Unfortunately people don’t give a crap about others, so we can blame the unvaccinated for likely spreading the virus and carrying it to him.

The best Kz self-owns are the ones where he doesn't even realize they're self-owns.

Thank your president. He's scattering illegal aliens all over the place.

You think the kung flu is bad? Wait until all of the golden oldies start making a come back.

Gotta love the classics.

You want someone to blame? Blame our government. Covid 19 was engineered. Blame yourself and the man next to you for hiring an unchecked government.

It's important to note that he works in a school where many would likely not be eligible to receive the shot. Very sad case.

Quote

As of Tuesday, Ted is now on his fourth day in the hospital, needing oxygen. His wife told KFOR Ted’s classroom is probably one of the safest, and he even asked the school board for approval to require students to wear masks.

"He doesn’t want any of his students to get it. He has a student with Cancer.”

His wife told KFOR unvaccinated people and those who refuse to wear masks put people like Ted in jeopardy.

She’s hoping his story will help change hearts and minds.

"He’ll come home and be over COVID, but he could catch it again because that’s how it is for immunocompromised people,” said Regina.

"You’ve got to do this for other people if not yourself.”

According to his wife, Ted is doing better and should be released on Thursday after his 5th Remdesivir dose.

He can finish recovering at home, maybe with little oxygen.

Hmmm, so the big takeaways from the article appear to be:

1) Schools should enforce mask mandates

2) unvaccinated people and people who refuse to mask are selfish **** and harming others

3) even incredibly high risk patients who would very likely die from COVID normally are surviving now that they're vaxxed

Thanks for posting this illuminating article KZ!
