Presumably for previous pfizer recipients but I don't know if they explicitly stated that yet. ACIP is meeting today to further refine guidance, so I expect that's what they'll say when they release their recommendations.

Vaccines have been shown to be just as safe in black people as it is in white people and the virus doesn't care about your skin color. And no, this has nothing to do with prejudicial discrimination, being a dumb ass isn't a protected class.

Giving out boosters that are not yet approved as a booster opens large corporations up to massive lawsuits should something go wrong. not to mention potential criminal liability

It's important to note that he works in a school where many would likely not be eligible to receive the shot. Very sad case.
