On that team sure. But he still has an outside shot and wouldn’t be needed to play down low here as much.

He hasn't played more than 57 games since 2016 2017, he is beyond brittle, and a poor defender especially besides Embiid because he would have to guard wings

100% in the 4th quarter, probably the best ever, what's the problem?

His length will help with defending. We won’t be asking him to guard Young all night. He’a most likely still recovering from the ACL and one thing we know is our trainers and docs have a history with treating knee issues. Taking him outside the paint more will help stop him from getting as banged up as well. Plus Harris has missed some time too. If I’m the sixers and dallass doesn’t like him as much as it seems I’d be trying to get him here with keeping Harris. I was just looking to move Harris and bring in a stretch four because of someone else’s comments on Butler not being able to play with Harris.

Curry, Butler, Porzingis, Embiid would be a strong starting four. Rotate Thybulle and Maxey depending on match ups and I think it’s a solid five. Not amazing but solid and a more win now team than what we had this year.

Ben's gotta go.

No no no Ben, you sir can miss any shot you don't take, you've convinced me of that

I honestly can't believe how terrified he was to take a shot late in the game.

Yeah, in that moment he sealed his fate here.

Game 7, in crunch-time, back against the wall and that's what you do?  Out you go.  Beat it.

That reminds me of the pandemic when DJT wanted covid testing to stop because more testing equaled more positive rates.

The only play in philly sports that I can recall being close was Todd Pinkston

@Gannan agholor vs falcons like 5 times

I remember Agholor dropping balls but I don't recall anyone just giving up on a play like Pinkston did on that one.

The game winner in week 1 I think. Just gave up. Think he had one vs the cowpies as well.

GM Elton Brand in shambles.

Love the way Morey handles Eskin's stupid unanswerable questions and his pompous arse in general.

Why was Howard Eskin even part of the presser?  He hates the Sixers and the NBA from what I can tell.  What is his purpose?  Who was he reporting for, WIP?  I thought Joe Giglio had that role.

That was a horrible pass, by the way.  Pinkston should've gone to get it but if McNabb throws that out in front of him or at least short but towards the sideline, it's an easy touchdown.

That play still makes me angry

He tore his left ACL in 2018, and torn his right meniscus in the Bubble. KP  is glass and injury history proves it. Not to mention guys that tall, don't last. Why would you want a 7'3" dude standings on the 3 point line? 30 million to stand there and be a defensive liability.

Where are you getting Butler from? Heat are not trading him.

want no parts of porzingis. He has Luka and still can’t play like you want him too. Plus can’t stay healthy. You’d have two bugs that are fragile.

Out of all the trades discussed I’d love to get garland from the cavs. I loved him coming out of that draft. A lot of comps had him compared to lillard or kyrie. Do i think he becomes that great? Probably not but i do think he has a nice ceiling and he can give you a Jrue holiday type of career. Plus he’s gotten better from his rookie to second year. I think there’s a lot to work with. I also think with embiid he can be even more dangerous then he is in Cleveland. If you somehow get Cleveland’s first this or next year that’s just another cherry on top cause you could use that pick and possibly some parts to acquire another high end starter or maybe even bigger deal.

Water is wet

You it a lot out of AAU, they are just have uber athleticism and can get to the bucket whenever they want. Then have the AAU coach getting some money from NIKE telling him how great he is, family only seeing dollar signs, and no one cares about the kid and push him to be great. All yes men around these kids since 15.

That is Andrew Wiggins and why I thought it was Anthony Edwards, but he has shocked me and a fan now.

Emoni Bates might be next in that list.

Lol

draft lottery is happening. Lets see how high that pick is that we are getting in the Ben to Cleveland trade.

MOREY PLEASE CALL THE CAVS

Draftees Jalen Green and Suggs don't fit the Cavs right now at the 3rd pick with Sexton and Garland.

Garland, 3rd pick for Simmons

I’d be thrilled if we got garland and Suggs. That’s an awesome backcourt for years. Curious to see if Suggs is able to play at a veteran level early. I think he has a chance to be ready year 1 to be part of a playoff roster.

Id take back Kevin Love's salary to make it work.
