It's not great value. Barnes is a bad contract. While many say the same about Harris, he is younger age better. Giving Curry, age a first on top of it all... that has to be proposed by a Kings homer. The question becomes how desperate are you to get Ingram.

I have wanted Ingram for a long time,  but I don't like that deal.

Barnes is only signed through next year and he is valuable during that time.  Hield replaces Curry and he is 3 years younger.  He isn't quite as good a 3 point shooter but he is good enough.  We get out of the Tobi contract and he just does not fit on this team.  We could probably do it without sending out our first.  That is good team with a young nucleus.  They are deep too.

I don't think we need that big of an overhaul. At all.

Just trade Ben for some players to strengthen what we have, would be fine with me.

Someone proposed this trade on realgm and I really like it!

NOP gets Fox and Thybulle
PHI gets Ingram, Barnes, and Hield
SAC gets Simmons, Harris, Curry, and PHI 1st

You can’t trade Simmons without getting an All Star in return, IMO.

Who? Tell us what team at this moment in time will trade an All Star away to get Simmons without trading away Maxey as well.

Buddy shooting double the 3 point attempts than Seth and still at 40% so he is definitely more than good enough.

He is one of the under appreciated players in the league and Lakers were absolutely beyond stupid to take Russ over him.

If no team will trade fair value for him, then he has to play or not get paid. It’s pretty simple.

Fair value for him is not an all star. Literally every other all star player is better than him.

Fair value is a borderline all star, and a pick. Such as the would be Brogdon deal. Or Fox, or Sexton, or a guy with potential like LeVert, or Reddish.

Those are some guys the should realistically be able to target.

This is a ridiculous statement.

Name them.

He is just worthless come playoff time. Everyone wanted Ben to succeed but he just has zero value come playoff time especially playing next to Embiid.

His value is step below All Star, it just is.

Kyle Lowry was an All Star last year. As was Domantas Sabonis. He’s also better thann 4 or 5 other guys, but it could be argued the other way, too.

You can’t trade NBA All Stars for spare parts. Hazelton’s idea of getting a young, hungry guy who can develop into a star makes the most sense.

That is what everyone has been saying for months.

Lowry has a ring on his finger and Sabonis is the next generation Drummond. A Stat stuffer in a weak position.

It’s really not. The dude is worthless in the playoffs. Nobody is giving up an all-star for him.

The guy is a top 25-30 player and will be a perennial DPOY candidate.

He's not a tier 1 superstar like Embiid, but he's definitely not "worthless" either

No but he isn't worth an all star player and he is as close to worthless as you can get come playoff time. When you are that bad on offense the defense becomes a wash.

Simmons to Sac for Hield, Halliburton, and Metu. Do the deal.

Is there some reason doc doesnt understand how to beat the jazz from last yrs playoffs?

There’s a lot doc doesn’t understand lol

Well it's hard to understand how to beat a team they didn't play in last year's playoffs. Now maybe the year before that but, then again he is playing them with a different team.

Brutal missed assignments causing this ridiculous early deficit.

Our offense is putrid.

Nothing to with playing us. The blueprint to beat them was laid out in last years playoffs. Its like they dont study film

True but, Harris and a young Maxey and a bunch of bench players aren't going to be able to compete with them with any blue print and Doc.

Korkmaz is starting to look like Chris D'Elia

Kork sucks.

Harris needs to be doing more in these games. Rise to the moment.

Curry is shooting .125
