That's a good call. I'll try again and tuck em next to the wisteria to give some shade.

Hmm.  Feels like we've finally cut the cord.  Floating out in the ether. Anger at the faceless dismissal and marginalization of it's own fans by PE.com. But extreme gratitude for guys l

I mentioned this previously on this board, and in the past years ago on the other board.   I'm not sure Howie has ever come out and said it this plainly, but Howie is telling the truth here.

That wouldn’t be big news. That’d be disappointing.

When do tweets like this ever deliver?

Yeah, I use the soapy water for disposal, but I've never used it on my plants.  I do use a herbicidal soap in some areas around the garden.   I'm not a big 'organic' guy, but I do love just growing and picking.   If I forget to rinse, so be it.  🙂   I'm also ok with some 'bad' bugs, as they provide the food for the 'good' bugs to feed on, which I want to encourage.  I love seeing lady bugs, praying mantis, etc. in my garden, and wouldn't want to add anything that would be potentially harmful to them.   But, I'm just a big softie!   So, I try to add as few chemicals as possible to my garden, especially above ground.   Underground, I used to use the commerical fertilizers, specifically 10-10-10... but have moved away from that in recent years.  Something tells me that that stuff, while good for the plants, is likely bad for the worms.

My mom was pretty meticulous. She didn’t just spray all the leaves but rather the ones damaged and right around them.

She also test her soil PH  I remember when we would spread the compost we sometimes used some lime.  Probably the biggest driver of acidity in her compost was the coffee grounds although there would be some pine needles in the lawn clippings too. Seems to me we added sheep manure to the compost before it went into the worm bed but it’s been years since I was home and helping with that

I still remember an old EMB thread when someone posted about us making a big move, and then we got Takeo Spikes. I expect that every time. 😤

My herb garden is in partial shade about 80% of the day. Mom taught me that herbs grow best in partial shade.

I have not tried Thai basil.  My thought was, I don’t cook Thai so..... Thing I like about basil is it is not unusual that I will be tending the herbs and starting by clipping a basil leaf to chew on.

I bought a full flat of tomato plants, mixed varieties, cheaper than individually, and had no home for that last dude so just put him in a spot in the flower bed. He's actually an orphan then, and this is him pouting...

Here that.  I had a spring annual that gave me early color in a pot that was giving up on summer about the time I needed to thin my jalapeños from seed so I picked the best one that was coming out and transplanted it to the patio pot. He’s not pouting, in fact he seems real happy.

I just can’t get excited by a Baldy teaser.  He is like the boy who cried wolf.

Or somehow getting rid of Alshon.

I'd prefer one to other... by a lot.

I get that. I do a fair amount of Thai (lemongrass has been interesting to grow). But Thai basil works for a lot of other stuff too. I toss it in salad, over roast veggies, and on fish.

Reagor seems a little cocky, and I like it.

That Baldy tweet is vague enough it could be anyone, and since he seems to think everyone is great that doesn’t narrow things down.

Peters is a good guess since he was at the OL summit, but it could also be a FA guard like Warford.

I love that. And I love that coming out he's the one with the most contested catches. He's a strong physical guy with burners. Welcome to Philadelphia.

Isn't the plan for the cap to stay flat next year? Would seem if it were Peters, they'd have to bring him back on a near minimum deal. Not sure he'd go for that.

I would be curious how many opportunities he had to make contested catches. It can be hard to differentiate a player making a contested catch because he couldn’t separate vs an inaccurate throw.

To me, this is more of a defense for his hands. He has a lot of drops, but I believe it’s more concentration instead of having bad hands.

Watch Baldy teasing they have signed their draft choices.

Most stats are.

that would be trolling.

Ok... Let's go deep into the click bait on this whole Baldy rumor, just for fun.

Eagles send Alshon Jeffery and Malik Jackson to the Jets along with a 1st round draft pick in 2021.
Jets send Jamal Adams and a 2nd round pick in 2021 back to the Eagles.

Yeah.... crazy.  But, discussing this sure beats a lot of other topics.
