To the contrary, I think he’s a perfect fit...on the field. Off the field and under the cap are issues I am not competent to judge, but his game is more power than speed and he’s hell against the run.

Since I believe there will not be a season, all of this is moot.

I was so bored i was watching a soccer game  this weekend. The stands were empty so they used recorded crowd noise.

Seriously lame.

Hmm.  Feels like we've finally cut the cord.  Floating out in the ether. Anger at the faceless dismissal and marginalization of it's own fans by PE.com. But extreme gratitude for guys l

I mentioned this previously on this board, and in the past years ago on the other board.   I'm not sure Howie has ever come out and said it this plainly, but Howie is telling the truth here.

It's so much fun to drive a stick. I am still contemplating getting my midlife crisis car. If I do I'm leaning stick just for the fun of it.

Don’t drive in San Francisco, then. Other than that, yeah, stick is way better, especially in a fast car on a winding road.

So that was the boil down of afans post imo. That Clowney wouldn't fit here. That's the silly part to me.

When is your procedure?

Had one yesterday. It failed. Another today.

One of the best and fun cars I ever owned was a 2004 VW R32.  If there are any VW heads here you know the gem they are.  Still mad I traded that in.

Good chance I won't.

If you don't mind keep us posted. Whether you know it or not I do care and I think most here do as well

Thoughts on the new Ford Bronco?  If I had the funds for a 2nd vehicle, I think the 2-door would be great for trips to the shore and weekend fun.

Never ever have any interest in a Ford Bronco... those who remember back to about October 1994, will likely understand why.  Not Ford's fault, but that doesn't matter.   And a 'white Ford Bronco' is a big double Nope.

Yeah i guess most of us old farts. I know my kids can too. I made them all learn to drive on a stick.

Interesting.  My dad taught me in a car.   I mean... everybody's different.

How many people can drive a stick shift these days?

That's all I ever drove from the time I got my license until the time I bought my last new car about ten years ago. Although rusty, I suspect I could easily do so if put behind the wheel of a car that drives like that.

My favorite car ever was an ‘86 GTI. I could run Lincoln Drive at 70, no sweat. "Porsche in a bunny suit,” Car and Driver called it.

Just like riding a bike.

I think Peters at RG is just as much about having LT insurance. If Dillard struggles, Peters moves back to LT and Pryor plays RG.

If he was coming back at all that's where I wanted him.

Lol I knew it was going to be Peters, but to play RG? Seems pretty dumb to me. I’d rather them go after Warford if they wanted a RG

Money is a little-rich for me, but 3M isn't the end of the world.

Holy crap just got the notification about Peters going to RG

"I can confirm via a half dozen sources that it is accepted as fact inside the Eagles' organization that Jeffery was indeed Anderson's source.”

I'm confused because he came here to play with Wentz

Wonder what happened that soured the relationship

Peters is the backup at LT, with Pryor playing G if necessary. That's a win. Dillard doesn't have someone looking over his shoulder as Peters starts somewhere else, while we're covered if Dillard gets hurt.

The guy this most impacts IMO is Mailata. They must not think he can play/be healthy.

Went to have some work done on my truck yesterday. The mechanic has a 1996 F350 diesel dually in the bay with less than 100,000 miles. The owner had just bought it for $2,500.

I almost cried.

That was my dream truck back in the day.

I’ve got no issues with this at all. Great move.
