And when do we give Wentz the 2 weapons he needs?

I was unaware there was only one round of the draft. I know last year the picks at WR after round one were better than Harry and brown. Ditto for 2017 when ever blew their load for Davis, Williams and Ross.

2 of the last 3 years wrs taken after the first rounders were better. And 2018 there were good WRs taken after Moore and Ridley

Hmm.  Feels like we've finally cut the cord.  Floating out in the ether. Anger at the faceless dismissal and marginalization of it's own fans by PE.com. But extreme gratitude for guys l

I mentioned this previously on this board, and in the past years ago on the other board.   I'm not sure Howie has ever come out and said it this plainly, but Howie is telling the truth here.

Goodwin averaged around 17 yards per reception from '16-18.  For context, Desean has lead the league in YPR 4 times in his career-- and once was at 17.9 y/r.  So yea... for a 6th or 7th as Desean insurance or a rotational guy until the rookie(s) come along... why not?

By the time we pick in the second the top 7 or 8 WRs will be gone.

ESP (not that it means much) thinks it feels like Reagor will be the guy.

BLG points out that Zerlein says eagles enamored by Reagor's speed and Zerlein was the guy who first reported their move up for Wentz.

Pretty decent smoke building around Reagor.

So... its not Reagor... Which is fine.  I prefer Jefferson anyway.

The correct choice.

I've been pounding the table about Reagor for months. He's a better prospect than Brandin Cooks...and Howie loved Cooks in 2014.

For a while, way back I was on board.

Then I knocked him majorly for his lack of run blocking.

But by now it seems pretty clear based on the projected draft boards that he would be one of the 2 best picks possible along with Higgins!

Id celebrate a Reagor pick. He will be an instant playmaker. And get him on the field at the same time as Jackson. Wow!

Ok who says we don’t move up in round two to get one. It’s not like that’s not an option. It’s not omg they didn’t go WR round one it is utterly utterly hopeless.

Horrible GMs do what you are saying. Just go get wr even if there’s better players available to you cause fill a need not base it off best available.  That’s how you get a reach and miss out on better talent.

You know which WR has literally never been mentioned with the eagles?

Finally you’ve come around on reagor lol jk

The one they will grab at 53?

No chance we draft Dillard. Don’t be silly people.

If we get up to 11, then that would mean we could have the pick of the litter for WRs.

Remember the feeling we all had when they traded up with Earl Thomas on the board then took BG.   I worry about that.  Trade up to 11. Every WR on the board...and BAM lineman.

Disagree.  Cooks absolutely destroyed Reagor in 40, 20, and 3 Cone at the combine.  Not even close.  Plus massively better production in college.

And don't give me Reagor's bogus virtual pro day numbers.  You have to adjust that 40 time up by ~ .2 to get something close to combine equivalent.

Reagor is a reach at #21.

They already did.  Even traded up to do so.

Like I said I was there at one point till I saw his run blocking.

I downgraded him, but theres no one to really move ahead of him.

If that happens Id bet a ton of money they are trading dillard (assuming it’s a OT) and signing peters for another year.

Like the kid, but #21 seems a bit rich.

This is EXACTLY how we got that bust JJAW last year.  But short memories abound on here.  Hopefully not in the front office though.

Honestly i like reagor i wouldn’t take him at 21. I have a feeling he’s not going to be the best available player at pick 21. However i do think he’s the odds on favorite if jefferson and the top 3 are gone.

Reagor is bigger (thicker) and more explosive. He's less straight line fast.
Cooks going at 20, with Reagor going at 21, in a league that is a lot more spread-heavy in the past 6 years makes sense.

My preference right now is Higgins at 53... And either Jefferson or Reagor in Round 1.
