The Eagles are ready to turn LT over to Mailata and are thrilled with where he’s at.  They figure they might as well get return on Dillard.

I think I would be on board with Murray too. I like him more than Queen. Love that he started for Oklahoma at 17 years old, like his frame, leadership and he has that special short-area striking ability you see in truly impactful back 7 players like Dawk/Ray Lewis/Patrick Willis, etc. Not fair to compare any prospect to guys like that but I see some of the same intense play demeanor and splash closing speed with him.

How is it a draft mistake if someone overpaid for dillard and you capitalized on it? Again you are going to immediate jump to conclusion It was a mistake and not someone overpaying without knowing what the return was. 

again hypothetically (not likely) it’s a bust if howie magically landed dillard for pick 11? Not in my opinion. I don’t care if they thought he was LT. If someone overpays for his value I’m ok with it. 

Im guessing it isn’t going to be as good of a return and be right there with you

If the eagles valued the position more I’d say yes on just talent. But they don’t value it enough for them to warrant it. For a team like Baltimore it’d make sense. 

Well if one thing all the Philly beat reporters and their "sources" have left me clueless as to what they are going to do tonight.

He’s had zero real game reps and played RT last preseason. Calling it a pipe dream is beyond ambitious 

Dillard will have to block Chase Young for the next 5-10 years, he's about to be baptized for better or for worse.
