I thought players were announcing picks. There was all this hype about the potential of Sanders announcing a Hamler pick. 

Twitter is why the NFL and their media partners can't mess about in the draft announcing picks.  It's out there already.

hes very good and has eagles requisite character. I dont think theres a chance hes still on the board but Id be thrilled with the pick.

Maybe they pick certain teams (their player) for certain rounds and scatter it through the rest of the draft.
