Hmm.  Feels like we've finally cut the cord.  Floating out in the ether. Anger at the faceless dismissal and marginalization of it's own fans by PE.com. But extreme gratitude for guys l

I mentioned this previously on this board, and in the past years ago on the other board.   I'm not sure Howie has ever come out and said it this plainly, but Howie is telling the truth here.

Oh, yes, thank God Luke Bryan will do a song for us. Now I feel better about the pandemic.

Makes me want to go outside and get 5 feet away from someone

Our starters at the skill positions in 2020: Sanders, Ertz, Goedert, Jackson, Reagor. That's an above-average group (look around the NFL).
The issue with our skill positions is depth.

If Jackson stays healthy

Please let it stop. For the love of all that is holy. This is awful

What happens when it's Sanders, Ertz, Reagor, JJAW.  Is that still above average?

And are we winning a SB with an above average group?  Look at Dallas, KC, Denver, Baltimore, NO, Seattle, Tampa...hell Oakland/Jacksonville.

Above average isn't cutting it.

Big if that.

We are definitely not set or close to set at WR.

Let what stop? What have they done now?

Now they have decent young talent to throw to.  Dak is not poo poo.  Carr is above average.  Josh Allen is going to be good.  High hopes for the kid in Denver

I’d argue since his major injury he’s been average.

Hence his comment about the lack of depth.

But it's her song dude!

I don’t care if I offend anyone but to all you people who enjoy revealing picks early... I won’t feel bad if you get corona...

had the TV on mute since our pick...  but why is there still a guy playing guitar on the screen?

I didnt see him get picked

Possibly I'm mistaken

Does anyone like KJ Hill?

People grossly underestimate Goedert, he's not as flashy as Ertz, but he's one of the few all around TEs in the league. With so many H-backs, true TEs are rare but a key to a top running game with backs like Sanders and Scott who can turn the corner.

Sort of like Witten, who was underestimated early in his career, then it became obvious how good he was.

There's a lot worse things you can wish on someone.

Geeez that’s pretty harsh.

Haven't turned on the coverage yet today.  Just curious.  Are we still in unprecedented times?  Are we still supposed to stay home, stay safe and wash our hands?  Is social distancing still required and most importantly, are we in this together?

Above average isn't cutting it.

Above-average skill positions with a top 5 OL with a top 10 QB is going to cut it. The depth is more problematic.

I would like our next pick to be a WR. Tyler Johnson or John Hightower would be great!

The idiot with the guitar.  What was the point?

Its not a song for millions of others though

BigE said he wanted a S and Howie delivered. Great value.  Immediately our 3rd S and ahead of Epps.   Draft report posted does not consider how Eagles tend to play their Ss.  Parks when they need a second SS but Wallace when we need that guy who can do both. Not perfect on instincts but a great kid to couple with McLeod.  May take Acy off my board though.  Secondary got a bit better and this kid has the potential to develop into a starting S.  Plus, a Clemson S.  C’mon Dawk, take him under your wing.  Plus Wallace moving on may clear the field for your son to play.

for the majority of us we wouldn't eve know we have it, others might show some symptoms and recover in 2 weeks.  If any of you are posting from a nursing home, you might be in trouble.

True but if the starters weren't in question then the depth isn't.

I'm just mad still about the backup QB in the 2nd round:sad:

ok... let's pull back a little.  Dallas finished 8-8, they are not the comparison.  They are mediocrity personified.  Denver?  Denver has yet to do anything of significance since Peyton left, and not because of Peyton, but that defense.  They aren't a measuring stick.   Tampa?  Brady is done.  Jacksonville?   Nah.  QB is kind of important Minshew is not the real deal.  Oakland, yes... they are doing good things and they have a good enough QB.  KC... sure.   NO?  I'm not sold on them... but have to respect Brees, so they are loading up for one final push.   Baltimore is an interesting one... is that offense sustainable over the long haul in the NFL?  It hasn't proven to be yet.  Maybe they start a new direction.   Seattle was terrible last year, and if not for a cheap shot, the Eagles win that game.

I get it, this isn't ideal, but the Eagles aren't falling behind 2/3 of the NFL.  They are still right there... on the cusp of greatness... just not great.

There is some serious butt hurt going on in the local media

QB Factory Nation..  Deary me.
