There has to be a trade for Samuel or Goodwin in the works, right?

I hope so

Hmm.  Feels like we've finally cut the cord.  Floating out in the ether. Anger at the faceless dismissal and marginalization of it's own fans by PE.com. But extreme gratitude for guys l

I mentioned this previously on this board, and in the past years ago on the other board.   I'm not sure Howie has ever come out and said it this plainly, but Howie is telling the truth here.

We did a post count circle j experiment last Tuesday.

It was incredible 😄

Typical blog behavior 😉

Roughly equal on a draft value chart.

Howie sees draft picks as sheckles and then he proceeds to spend them terribly.

So now we have 164 and 168 in the next  this round.

Cowboys got another great player with that trade. That center is impressive.

Howie just handed it to them. Taking some big risks this year.

He already handed them the NFC east for 2020, what’s another player at this point?

DeeJay and then Alton are 2 picks I would have loved in this round.

I guess teams dont believe that at all.

I'm going to guess that at this point, he'll end up a priority UDFA.   Shame.

We traded down 19 picks? What happened to "our number one priority this offseason is to get Carson weapons?”

They’ve gotten him one total player. This is unbelievable.

I have a feeling Howie is 100% content with what they have.  They are going to sell us hard on JJAW coming back in year 2 and the game experience our UDFA WR got at the end of the year is something you can't replicate or get in the draft.  Some BS like that.

They clearly have zero interest in adding more help with weapons on offense.

Very good compensation, but it might have been a decent idea to take that Center ourselves...

Now why in the world would howie do something logical like that

Giants are quietly building a pretty good OL.

No. Logic has gone out the window long ago, it wouldn’t surprise me if he thinks Greg Ward is the next Mike Quick or things Alshon Jeffery will find the fountain of youth. If he truly thought he needed WRs that badly, he’d have found a way to add more or better ones. He didn’t, so he doesn’t.

Maybe he has long term issues or we overrated him to begin with.

wow. I like Joe Reed. But over Cephus, and DPJ? I thought Reed was a 7th round or UDFA

If the Eagles want any chance to compete in the NFC this year they’ll need to make a move for an impact WR. I’m trying to get Odell.

It’s absolutely astonishing. I can’t believe this is real life.

si drop 18 spots and pick up 1 5th rd pick likely to be a later 5th rd?

meh....  should have just asked for a future 3 and skip 164 altogether.

the later rds are such a crap shoot

Pretty depressing

I like the trade. Move down 20 spots for a future 5th.

We’ll still get a player this year, and we start getting back to the point where we have have extra assets every year to maneuver.

Thankfully he’s going to have an entire off-season to work with the coaches....

Driscoll is a guard (6'5, 33" arms), Pryor showed he can swing out to RT.

We didn't want the Wisconsin center b/c they like Herbig and Opeta, both UDFAs.

At this point in the draft, lump your picks and your best UDFA signings and your waiver wire pickups together.

Just look at the current roster:

Scott - waiver wire

Clements - UDFA

Ward - UDFA

Perkins - street free agent

Rush - waiver wire

Ridgeway - trade for 7th rd pick

Singleton - CFL

Riley - street free agent

LaBlanc - street free agent

Mills  - 7th rd pick

It’s crazy how people think all the guys they like are going to be hits in the NFL.

Can we wait till they actually play football?

Why the F is howie even picking up the phone from the cockroaches ?
