No, that was Washington making that trade with Dallas.  Eagles traded back with Cleveland who selected Johnny Manziel.  Eagles got Marcus Smith.

The last time the Eagles traded with Dallas for a pick in the first round, it was for Anthony Spencer, Eagles ended up with Kevin Kolb, Stewart Bradley and CJ Gaddis.

Eagles wanted to see what happened with the top 6 WRs. Since they only got one, and value wasn't there (aside from Mims), they are making a trade for a WR.

I will keep telling myself that until it happens.
