I have no idea how the eagles board looks.  But this smells like them missing on the players they like and plan b.  What is upsetting to me is they needed help to be a SB contender this year, but seem to have no idea on draft day...

I hope Howie can do a couple more trade downs here.

I know we might not like it, but at this point the Eagles should load up on the best prospects / athletes left in the draft and call it a day.    

They will need to find a number of late round / UDFA types that could be role players at a cheap price

Goodwin sucks and he makes decent coin. This offseason blows.

If we use that extra 7th from Miami in this trade down to acquire Goodwin, that's fine. You can cut Goodwin in camp if he's bad.

What did we trade for Goodwin?  We better have negotiated a steep paycut... he's not even close to worth $5M this year.
