He's versatile.  I had him in a bunch of my mocks.  He can pretty much play any position on the line.  Might need to get stronger to play tackle on a consistent basis but I'm pretty sure we drafted him to play G/C.

Basically yes.   The more later round draft picks the better chance they have to find a guy or two each year that can make some kind of impact.

Would the Eagles still have won the Super Bowl game without Corey Clement and Trey Burton?    Maybe, but they were both UDFA's.   Beau Allen was a 7th.

These guys do have value on the backend of the roster.    Especially from a cap perspective.

He's such a Jim Schwartz CB though. The CB draft board has been picked clean. 
LB and RB make sense for depth.

That first pick they traded was the last pick of the 4th (essentially a 5th) and flipped it for a windfall, honestly.  That's some good work by Howie.  By that point, there's a bunch of guys that are about the same grade and the more you can get, the better the odds of actually hitting on one.
