Great reaction, bad social distancing 🙃😄

Eh, maybe if none of your family is sick or showing any symptoms, hasn't gone anywhere and practices all the guidelines then being in home with your loved ones is OK.

I mentioned this previously on this board, and in the past years ago on the other board.   I'm not sure Howie has ever come out and said it this plainly, but Howie is telling the truth here.

I care what our rivals do  You need to know what your competition is doing so you know how your team stacks up.  There is nothing wrong with admitting a team did well.  It sucks to be honest.  I wish they would take major reaches but they were smart.

We all care what our rivals do, especially the Cowboys, but no need to suck their chops for 3 days in a row.  They have had good drafts in the past and still blow.  It's great - the posts should be:  the Girls had a great draft and still won't be able to win a playoff game

The late season addition of Holyfield is an intriguing one, with them not bringing in a RB today.  That surprised me.   Definitely need to dip their toe into the UDFA market for RB, but... Holyfield might be the guy that no one is thinking of.  Power runner.

They knocked UDFA out of the park with Killins and Warren. I dont think Holyfield stands a chance. Warren is very legit.

That one i like alot

I do as well.  He was a player I wanted us to draft in the mid/later rounds and surprised he went undrafted (though, there are surprises like that every year), but I think it's a really nice UDFA pickup.  He's supposed to be a good pass rushing DT.

Great news.  This probably solidifies his roster spot.  That means  Hightower or Watkins or Ward will go to the practice squad as we're not going to carry 7 WR's.

Jackson

Reagor

JJAW

Goodwin

Ward

Hightower

Watkins

I'm not even factoring in Alshon who is out of the picture.

Credit is fine, 3 days of credit is ridiculous - but maybe your disdain for Howie is greater than your disdain for the Cowgirls?

They won't hand Ward a roster spot. He's the type of guy they always seem to drop even when he plays well

I agree.  He'll have to earn it.  I believe he's still PS eligible so even if he gets beat out we can keep him around there.  I fully expect 1-2 WR roster spots to open up in 2021.

Kinda bummed we didnt get bowden

would have preferred ADG over our third round lb but they are similar players

I think JJAW gets one more year, it comes down to Hightower and Watkins.  There moves today show me Ward has a place as the slot WR.

Alshon is gone.

That would be under the assumption there is an agenda present. I judge solely on merit. Personal feelings don't factor in for me. I wish I could be laughing at the Cowboys for having a terrible draft right now, but I think they did a great job. Wish I felt differently. 🤷‍♂️

PA getting hammered with the virus but all good in the middle part of the state.   My daughter is a huge Liverpool fan and it stinks such a season ended early.

Sorry to hear that man! My borough in London at one point was the hardest hit in UK but luckily the girlfriend and I can work from home and were in a position to go into lockdown weeks before it was mandatory.

Yeah I'm a huge Liverpool fan and planned my summer holiday around being able to go to Liverpool for the parade. Hopefully it still happens when all this is over.

Pretty solid with one major blemish. Imagine a day one starter at LB instead of Hurts. I imagine Mims. But today was really good.

I might be alone in this, but I much prefer John Hightower AND Quez Watkins to just Mims.  And something tells me that if they had double dipped at 1 & 2 with Reagor and Mims, they don't take another WR later.

I think there’s a better chance Ward has a roster spot than JJAW.

Nice bark, I would have been happy with that your fat layer looks like it didn’t juice to the bottom.  That’s where a little injection carries the flavor through the brisket and keeps is moist.  How’s the flavor?  How long did you have it on the smoker?  What wood did you use?

BTW.  If you cook a lot of beef and pork, I would suggest you buy a meat slicer at some point.  Would have never thought of it myself.  My mother gave me one close to thirty years ago (with care good ones last like a Vitamix).  I would have never thought to buy one for myself.   Love it.  That London Broil, sliced thin was awesome.  Some left that I will probably use in steak sandwiches.

Today I made Bobby Flay’s chicken Parmesan.  Dude knows his cooking.  Barely deviated from his recipe.

I have a suspicion that with Hurts and all the speed, Doug has some kind of mad scientist scheme in his head.

He looks at Taysom Hill in NO and thinks, "What if we do this stuff with a better QB/Athlete?"

Especially when you’re primary QB is an actual athlete as well...

They did have a good draft, they have been drafting well for several years and still blow.  As for merit, a draft is truly not merit based, but hope based.

Pats signing JJ Taylor. He will be their new PIA pass catching RB.

I doubt they would have.  I believe Howie anticipated players like Hightower and Watkins, that would be 3/4 rounders in a normal draft, would be value picks later in day 3.
